Welcome to our charming country house, nestled in the greenery and tranquility of the Monte Cucco Regional Park.

Ideal for families, couples, and friends seeking a relaxing getaway, this house offers a unique experience by combining modern comfort with rustic charm.

Located in the village of Fossato di Vico, at the foot of Cima Mutali (1120 meters above sea level), it is just a few kilometers away from major attractions such as Monte Cucco, Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, and the Frasassi Caves.

The apartment, located on the ground floor of a stone farmhouse, features an entrance leading to a spacious dining area with wooden beams and direct access to an outdoor patio. This patio, equipped with an oven and barbecue for exclusive use, faces the garden shared with the other apartments.

From the dining area, one can access a charming kitchen on one side and a living area on the other, the heart of the apartment, which boasts a picturesque fireplace.

The sleeping area, accessible from the living room, comprises two large bedrooms. One is a twin bedroom with direct access to a second exclusive outdoor patio, ideal for relaxing in the shade of the identifying linden tree, and the other is an intimate and romantic double bedroom with a private bathroom.

Additionally, there is a second comfortable bathroom equipped with a bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day spent in the mountains.

All the apartments have access to an external courtyard used for parking, situated in front of the farmhouse.

On the side adjacent to the mountain, there is access to a small communal garden where one can enjoy unique moments of relaxation surrounded by the greenery of olive trees and fruit trees.

Expenses are based on consumption:

Included are 1 cubic meter of gas and 10 kWh of electricity.

Beyond 1 cubic meter of gas, the cost is €8 per cubic meter.
Beyond 10 kWh, the cost is €0.60 per kWh.
