"There were a total of 3 couples all celebrating our 25th anniversary. The house was perfect accommodations for what we wanted. 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The laundry was an added bonus as we were in Italy for 2 weeks. House was great views were spectacular. I would 100% recommend and I look forward to returning."

"Excellent stay in this great country house surrounded by citrus trees. The house has two large bedrooms, a comfortable bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen / dining area. Views from the large terrace on Mt Etna and on the sea from the front side are priceless. A car is indispensable. Easy to reach by country roads not far from Messina / Catania autostrada. Mario and Angela are wonderful hosts."

"Amazing villa, beautiful property and roof top deck w/stunning views. Check in was easy and helpful. The location is fantastic to walk throughout the walled city. No car needed. Only caution I would give is there is a lively bar next to the property, so if you're looking for peace and quiet, this isn't the home. However, we thought the beauty of the villa, space and location far out weighed the noise factor. Thanks for a wonderful stay!"

"The house was perfect! We rented both the lower level and upper level apartments. Both were immaculately clean and very spacious. We enjoyed dinner and drinks on the fantastic terrace with the best view on the Taormina gulf. It was also a perfect location, near the center of town, the steps to the beach and transportation. "A spacious and well appointed apartment within the Villa. The views from the terrace are spectacular and overlook the Giardini Naxos bay all the way to the Cape of Taormina. From the terrace of the main bedroom there is also a wonderful view of Mt Etna in all her glory. "We stayed at villa carlino in the “Esclusivo ” apartment for 3 nights . The grounds were beautiful, the bedrooms / bathrooms were comfortable and all was clean . Unfortunately it rained for 2 days while we were there and we couldn’t enjoy the pool . It would have been nice to have an indoor hang out area ( living room ) where all six of us could fit . The location is great for getting to Etna and Taormina ."

"We spent a week in this apartment and found it an ideal base for local outings, including Taormina and Etna. Forza d'Agro is a bit like a hill-top Sicilian St Ives - all tiny alleys and steep streets and stairs, with excellent restaurants. The chocolate museum was pretty original too! The apartment is well-equipped and clean, with a lovely terrace giving the most amazing views along the coast and across the valley to the mountains."
