"Without question, this was the worst hotel I've stayed in, in years. There was no manager on duty when we arrived (late afternoon - certainly not off-hours), so one of the bartenders had to check us in - and she seemed put out by it. The room had not been cleaned properly; there was a *USED* condom in the bathroom!!!! And, the drain in the *tiny* shower stall didn't work. Again; no manager to be found, so I had to deal with another rude bar server again. They took care of removing the condom...

"Our first time in Scotland. Everything was easy, breezy, beautiful. The property was superb; clean, comfy and convenient. Handy location to set your own pace of holiday. Right on the beach to stay there and relax, or easy to drive out further for adventure. We had a great time. And host Carol is copl. "

"We enjoyed our dinner at The Anderson which was nearby, and the local Food Coop is a great place to stock up on supplies. The house is totally comfortable and the parking is no problem, you just have to back in the driveway. We could have stayed much longer, but it was great that the house was available for the days we needed."
