"Terrible service provided when wanted to check in after hours. They purpousely dropped my call through intercom multiple times without opening door. I thonk rhe staff are not frienfly with international people."

"The Check in was so easy. Great staff and professionalism. The only issue we found was the TV wasn’t a smart TV and didn’t connect to apps as we are used to. But we didn’t spend too much time in the room. No hot tub and the gym was a bit disappointing. Bed was only a queen and a bit cramped for 2 large adults. But the overall stay was great. I would stay again if it were just me, but not suitable for me and my husband. "
