"Great central location "

"The location for us was perfect and so close to many different food options and shopping. The hotel was quiet. The only thing is some items in the unit could be updated the dryer did not work, and could do with an update of the linen - pillows and the bed was not the greatest Overall a good place to stay if you want close to the hub in Fortitude Valley and the City. Also the staff were lovely "

"Terrible service provided when wanted to check in after hours. They purpousely dropped my call through intercom multiple times without opening door. I thonk rhe staff are not frienfly with international people."

"We booked this last minute for a two night stay with a friend. It was easy walking distance from the train station and easy to walk around the area. The rooms were quiet and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The municipal pool was 5 minutes walk away which was free to use as a hotel guest."

"Staff very welcoming & courteous. Clean, comfortable and safe accommodation for single woman traveller. Only fault was no parking on site & had to pay to park next door."
