"It was in great condition and clean for a shared amenities facility. The bed was actually pretty comfortable and the room was very warm even with the window open, so it was well-insulated. But if you have severe dust allergies, I don't recommend it as it triggered me really badly - nothing that could be done, just thought I'd mention it for those that do have dust allergies. The kitchen has everything you need too, and the showers were a good pressure too. "

"Delightful stay and so lovely to literally footsteps to the national park. We caught the bus from the ranger station which was just a few steps from the front door. The only thing that would improve this location would be an EV charging station at the lodge. "

Hosts were really friendly and provided us with a welcome drink and bread (including gluten free) and juice to add to the breakfast box in the room. Thought initially that road noise would be an issue due to a car racing up and down the road around 9pm but we both managed to sleep for 10 hours solid (catch-up from previous night with early morning flight)! Bathroom seemed to have been recently refitted and...

"We spent 12 days here in a self contained cabin and had a great time. The park is old and the current owners are slowly updating the facilities but don't let that deter you, it even has a heated swimming pool! The owners are really friendly and so helpful and the cabin was really clean. Just a short drive to Burnie, with a beach boardwalk across the road it's in a great position. We would definitely stay here again. "
