"Die Vermieter Daniela und Pietro sind sehr liebenswürdige und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Das Ferienhaus haben wir in einem sehr gepflegten und sauberen Zustand übernommen. Die gesamte Anlage ist traumhaft mit einem überdachten PW-Parkfeld. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet mit sehr viel und schönem Geschirr. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an Daniela und Pietro 🙏"

"Gloria was a lovely, welcoming host who was very accommodating when we arrived late due to an accident on the road. The property was clean and well equipped for our needs in an excellent location. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t that good when we were there but we were able to drive to Pisa and Lucca for day trips. Our last day was sunny so we headed to the beach which was lovely and not too busy at this time of year. My only note would be that the single bed in the attic room is quite small...

"Wir waren mit vier Kindern und Hund vor Ort. Haus und Garten sind geräumig und bieten alles was man braucht. Geschirr für sechs ist vorhanden. Und ja, es gibt bellende Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, aber das hat sich alles im Rahmen gehalten .gerade für den Aufenthalt mit Hund ist das Haus perfekt. Zum Strand ist es etwas länger zu laufen, ca. 15 Min. aber dafür ist die Lage sehr schön ruhig."

"We had a great week at the house of Gemma and Andrea. The apartment is big and well equipped, perfect for a family with 3 little children. There is beautiful garden, where the kids can play, and learn something about nature as well, as Gemma and Andrea have a wonderful vegetable garden. The location is perfect, close to the beach, but also close to Pisa and Luca. Gemma and Andrea are really nice, friendly and helpful. We can definitely recommend this place!"

"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir mochten die Familie, die auch in dem Haus lebt (natürlich separater Teil im Haus) und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der kleine Pool im sehr gepflegten Garten hat uns bei den hohen Temperaturen geholfen uns etwas abzukühlen. Wirklich tolle Unterkunft."

"Wir wurden durch die Agentur sehr gut betreut. Bei der Ankunft war das Haus sauber. Der Pool war durch ein Unwetter zum größten Teil ausgelaufen. Dies wurde allerdings am nächsten Tag behoben. Leider fanden wir ihn nicht sauber genug um ihn zu benutzen. Die Terrasse und den Garten fanden wir am schönsten. Wir hatten unsere Privatsphäre. We wanted an affordable, well maintained air conditioned house that we could use as our base as we explore the beach resorts on the Versilia coast line. "We are a family of 6 and it was a great setup and location near the beach, as well as a short distance to restaurants, cafes and shopping. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive both prior to and during our stay. Only suggestion would be to have additional bicycles to get around town - nearest bike shop to rent bikes is a bit of a walk from the house. Overall, excellent stay! Would definitely recommend."

"J’ai trouvé la maison humide, pas propre avec une forte odeur de renfermé. Les portes et les fenêtres très difficiles à ouvrir. Dès que lus ouvrions pour aérer l’intérieur, oui étions infesté de moustiques Nous sommes rentrés plus tôt car nous toussions beaucoup et nous avons eu peur pour notre petit fils qui est âgé de 5ans et demi."

"Nice house and location. No air in the main part of the house and no screens- bugs when windows were open. I asked about bugs before I booked. The owner gave us a fan. Extra pillows and pillow cases would have been nice. I know it’s vrbo however, body soap and have soap would have been nice. The owner was very concerned about us taking out the garbage. Hospitality was ok."
