cheguei no hotel com muita expectativa, mas, infelizmente me decepcionei com o atendimento. café da manha fraco,com poucas opções de frutas e outros produtos também. pra ter reposição de produtos, era preciso quase que implorar. restaurante tambem deixa muito a desejar. atendimento em todos os quesitos deixa muito á desejar. o acesso á praia também é muito ruim.levei um idoso que nem foi á praia,por conta disto. outra reclamação também e que o bar da piscina fecha as 18 hs.isto foi reclamaçao geral de muitos hospedes. o que salva o hotel e a estrutura geral que é muito boa.
