Excelente custo benefício
O hotel oferece um excelente custo benefício. Quartos limpos e cama confortável. Os funcionários são cordiais e o café da manhã é bem farto, variado e gostoso. A localização é excelente e apesar de ser no centro de Fortaleza (muito violenta) até que achei a rua bem calma, inclusive fomos a um dos barzinhos próximo ao hotel. O prédio está em reforma mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia e mesmo sendo no centro tivemos uma noite bem tranquila de sono, sem barulhos. Recomendo bastante e voltaremos.

Local de fácil acesso/bem localizado, funcionários super legais, café da manhã com diversas opções, chuveiro com água quente e fria... Só não gostei da acústica, pois qdo o pessoal estão limpando os demais quartos, que arrastam algum móvel, ouvirmos tudo. Porém, nada que um adesivo nos pés dos móveis não possam resolver. Amei!!

Para uma estadia rápida foi ótimo!
Recepcionista super atencioso. Quarto e banheiro bem limpos, colchas de camas limpas. O quarto serviu para nossas necessidades, que era basicamente chegar e descansar um pouco, tomar banho, trocar de roupa ir para o evento, voltar e dormir... O quarto que nos forneceram tinha um banheiro adaptado para acessibilidade (não fez muita diferença pra gente, mas achei meio estranho usá-lo), e não sei se todos são assim ou apenas este.

Café da manhã ruim só consegui comer no primeiro dia. Instalações do elevador antigas, por um momento fiquei preso no elevador. Disponibilizam um telefone para ligações, mas n atendem e um número de WhatsApp que não respondem. Ar condicionado bom e chuveiro elétrico bom.

Funcionários atenciosos, porém sem conforto.
É um hotel para viajantes. Sem muito conforto. O atendimento dos funcionários foi maravilhoso, todos muito atenciosos, porém a acomodação deixa a desejar. O ar condicionado é muito barulhento e quando liguei, cheirava mofo. O café da manhã é básico. Garagem super apertada. Em caso de necessidade extrema, eu retornaria.
