Our house comfortably sleeps 9 guests with 1 king size bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen size bed, and a bunkbed with trundle bed underneath. There is also a foldable queen sized mattress stored in one of our large

Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove, Toaster, and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!

You have full and total access of our home during your stay, including the double car garage. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked kitchen!

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Located just minutes from the freeway, this home has easy access to the major metropolitan areas of Dallas and Fort Worth.

Please note:
- The pet fee is listed in the house rules and is charged separately from the initial reservation.
- We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house.
- Trash collection is every Monday, if your stay happens to fall on a Sunday - Tuesday then we would love it if you could put the garbage cans out on the street Sunday night and return them after they get emptied on Monday.
