Close to downtown
The property was a little sketchy at first, there is a homeless camp right outside the bedroom window… but no one messed with us or our belongings and it was pretty quiet.

1. The casita is exactly how it is in the pictures. Very clean and comfy. 2. There is a Taqueria restaurant next door. Food is delicious. 3. There is a bus stop right infront of the apartment building. 4. There is security system all over the building. 5. Very close to downtown Fortworth new/old. 6. Very close to La Plaza Mall and 2 main Mexican grocery stores. 7. Recommend to drive to old downtown Fort Worth train station and ride the 45min train ride to Grapevine. Highly recommend it. You can also ride this train to and from DFW airport.

Nice place for a long stay
It is a beautiful apartment and I felt well cared for by the host. Enough supplies to get started. Comfortable bed, and free laundry! I was here for a month and was glad to have been there. Neighborhood is safer than it might appear at first glance. Pretty quiet
