What is the parking situation?
Guests park in the driveway and on the street. There is parking for a 2-4 (4 smaller vehicles or 2 larger) cars in the driveway and 1 in front of the house along the street.

Is the house a stand-alone home?
Yes. The house is a single home. Guests enter from the front door and have a private unfenced backyard.
Is the space wheelchair friendly?
There is one step up to the front door. The entire house is one level, but the doorways are not too wide.
How do I check in?
The day of your arrival, we send the details for your check in: address, door code, wifi info. You will be able to come and go using a code. Your personal code is activated at 3 pm, so if you request an early check in the code may not work. Just remind us!
Can I extend a stay?
To extend a stay, you can request through the app or message us. We will check the calendar then send confirmation with the new payout.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! To provide the cleanest home possible the home is 100% hard wood floors and the few rugs within the home are washable and are laundered between guest. Kennel provided upon request.
Are there extra pillows?
All three queen beds will have four sleeping pillows. We leave plenty of extra blankets as well.
Are extra guests allowed?
If you have a few (2-3) friends pop over, this is not an issues. If you have extra guests sleeping over or more than five guests for an event, please ask and we can asses:)
Is smoking allowed outside?
Yes, you are welcome to smoke outside the space. Please pick up cigarette butts. Smoking inside the home would result in a 250.00 fee for cleaning and possible blocking nights for other guests.
Could we leave our luggage?
We are able to store luggage in the space for two hours before or after check in. Let us know so our cleaners are not surprised.
Are a washer and dryer available?
Yes. The washer/dryer inside the home.
What is a MUST do in Dallas-Fort Worth?
Of course everyone enjoys the AT&T stadium, Nascar, and Six Flags but we love The Dallas Arboretum (especially in spring and fall), the Stockyards, and other outdoor activities like Clyde Warren Park.
