Explore North Richland Hills from this charming and enchantingly designed with gathering in mind. With a sweet design and thoughtful amenities, The NRH Retreat is the ideal stay for a true North Richland Hills experience.

This peaceful oasis is quick to the airport, a short jaunt to Grapevine, Fort Worth, and Dallas downtown area, and walkable to the local Smithfield TexRail Station. Enjoy the complimentary snacks.

Our 3/2 cozy cottage, in a well sought after NRH neighborhood.
Each room has a Nectar or the like mattress. The living has a premium Laz-E-Boy Sleeper Sofa that can provide some surprisingly comfortable slumber!

Stocked Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with essential appliances, cookware, and utensils, making meal preparation convenient and enjoyable.

Outdoor table: A relaxing outdoor space where you can unwind, entertain guests, and enjoy the pleasant Texas weather.

Smart TV: HD smart televisions for entertainment in each room, streaming movies, shows, and sports events.

High-Speed Internet: Stay connected with fast and reliable internet access for work, entertainment, and communication.

Air Conditioning and Heating: Central air conditioning and heating to ensure comfort throughout the year, regardless of the weather.

Washer and Dryer: Washer and Dryer are located inside for added comfort.

Parking: Free 2-4 car driveway and on-street parking is always available.

Modern Appliances: Up-to-date appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, oven, and refrigerator to simplify household chores.

Outdoor Space: ½ acre lot with a beautiful 6 person outdoor table.

On the day of your arrival, we send the key pad information to make coming and going easy. Please park in the driveway or on the street.

What is the parking situation?
Guests park in the driveway and on the street. There is parking for a 2-4 (4 smaller vehicles or 2 larger) cars in the driveway and 1 in front of the house along the street.

Is the house a stand-alone home?
Yes. The house is a single home. Guests enter from the front door and have a private unfenced backyard.

Is the space wheelchair friendly?
There is one step up to the front door. The entire house is one level, but the doorways are not too wide.

How do I check in?
The day of your arrival, we send the details for your check in: address, door code, wifi info. You will be able to come and go using a code. Your personal code is activated at 3 pm, so if you request an early check in the code may not work. Just remind us!

Can I extend a stay?
To extend a stay, you can request through the app or message us. We will check the calendar then send confirmation with the new payout.

Are pets allowed?
Yes! To provide the cleanest home possible the home is 100% hard wood floors and the few rugs within the home are washable and are laundered between guest. Kennel provided upon request.

Are there extra pillows?
All three queen beds will have four sleeping pillows. We leave plenty of extra blankets as well.


Are extra guests allowed?
If you have a few (2-3) friends pop over, this is not an issues. If you have extra guests sleeping over or more than five guests for an event, please ask and we can asses:)

Is smoking allowed outside?
Yes, you are welcome to smoke outside the space. Please pick up cigarette butts. Smoking inside the home would result in a 250.00 fee for cleaning and possible blocking nights for other guests.

Could we leave our luggage?
We are able to store luggage in the space for two hours before or after check in. Let us know so our cleaners are not surprised.

Are a washer and dryer available?
Yes. The washer/dryer inside the home.

What is a MUST do in Dallas-Fort Worth?
Of course everyone enjoys the AT&T stadium, Nascar, and Six Flags but we love The Dallas Arboretum (especially in spring and fall), the Stockyards, and other outdoor activities like Clyde Warren Park.

Christmas Getaway!
Our family met here for Christmas and had a wonderful time! The host was very responsive about questions we had leading up to our stay, they had the house nicely decorated for the holidays, and check-out was a breeze! The location was great with lots of playgrounds near by, which was great for our toddler! We would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect to our families homes, allowing easy commute back & forth. We also loved how it was surrounded by so many public parks, restaurants, grocery stores & most importantly... the snow cone/ice cream spot. Best Hostess ever!
We have stayed in several VRBO properties in the last few years, and this one was one of the if no the very best. Katie was hands down our best hostess. She was very communicative, but never bothersome. I mentioned that I would be celebrating a birthday while there, and we came back one evening to find a gift on the porch. The house wS very clean and well equipped.

Family Six Flags Weekend Trip!

Property exactly match the pictures. There was the correct amount of amenities. We were able to run a load of laundry without having to go get detergent, we had a few snacks in between our visits to a family reunion and even had some down time to play the games that were in the house. I would highly recommend it for anyone who's visiting family in Keller.

We stayed in a precious 3 bed/2 bath in a quiet, peaceful house just minutes from all we needed for the weekend. Our host had excellent communication and made sure we were having the best stay possible! The house was thoughtfully furnished down to extra toothbrushes! Our stay was very comfortable. The property is an older home that's been updated, so it has that classic charm with a modern feel. The home is extremely clean, there were plenty of games and snacks there, and our host was very accommodating and responsive. Communication was fast and fluid with anything we inquired about being answered pretty much immediately. Overall, I would highly recommend this host and property.

Fantastic!
We had an amazing time in this house. The host is extremely responsive and gave us great places to visit to see the 4th of July fireworks. The house is on a busy street, but we didn’t have any issues. We traveled with two small kids (3yrs and 5mo) and this house was great. There’s all kinds of games for kids to play and the backyard is big. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

THIS PLACE IS BETTER THAN THE PICTURES
Incredibly cozy, clean and well furnished. Communication with Catherine was great, plenty of towels, clean linens, even snacks and water in the fridge. We came here from South Texas for our daughter's graduation and our Houston family was able to briefly visit to catch up with us. It was so nice to have space that wasn't a public hotel lobby. We were so pleased to find a clean, well kept home, everything was as shown on VRBO. Two equally most important issues to us: our host handled our whole experience as we would have handled it ourselves with excellent communication, prompt, specific, respectful, helpful and kind. We were allowed to bring our 3 dogs, not typical. We made sure we left everything the way we found it!! So appreciative to have this experience, it enhanced our fun and relaxation.
