Great family friendly place
We stayed at Bruce's place for a few days at the beginning of the year. Its a great family friendly place with lots of space and extra beds/bedding. The whole house is very comfortable and Bruce is a consummate host.

Great location and house. We appreciated the outdoor amenities and spent a lot of time in the pool, hot tub and game room. If we make it back to that area we’d definitely stay again!

Just what we needed
Plenty of comfortable beds, living room designed for a group our size to sit around and chat, generous dining room table, a game room and hot tub that was a hit with our young teenagers. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Bruce was pleasant to work with. He ensured that I was familiar with the property upon arrival which was helpful. The property was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the gameroom and pool. Great location. I would highly recommend this stag and stay again when in the area with a large group.

Great family vacation.
It was a pleasure to check in late the first night and have coffee etc. available. Easy to shop the next morning. Home is located in very nice neighborhood. Hot tub was the main attraction for our kids. Game room was a blast.

Family Gathering
This house was the perfect place to gather family from several states. Plenty of room for our group of 13, comfortable beds, and a wonderful pool. We all gathered in the game room for quiplash, euchre, shuffleboard and air hockey. Bruce was a great host.

Out of Town Travel to Celebrate Son's 25 Birthday
Our Host was in contact with me almost immediately from booking to discuss coordinating our plans. We were allowed early check-in as the property did not have guests the night prior. The accommodations were clean, sleeping spaces generous. Entertainment - a wonderful game room, an outside seating area to include pool, hot tub and grills. Would definitely stay again! Wonderful home in great location!
This home was perfect for our three children, spouses, and five grandchildren. The kids especially enjoyed the pool and gameroom. We loved having the gameroom detached from the house so kids (or adults) could play without disturbing others who might be napping, etc. Bruce was very responsive and accommodating--even getting us extra locks for the pool gate, high chairs etc. The home was not far from Six Flags and other activities in Arlington or Ft. Worth. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place for family
We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful home. Bruce was outstanding from booking all the way through checkout. He truly cares about maintaining his property and providing a great experience for guests. We traveled from California to Texas for a family vacation. This easily accommodated all three families and had plenty of options to keep everyone happy. The game room was a huge hit for our family. We spent hours in the pool and enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evening. This was a great space to spend time together and make fond family memories. We would definitely recommend this home.

Family vacation fun
Bruce was so easy to work with. Answered every question and communicated in a timely manner. The pool and game room were the hits and used every day. Well supplied house. Bring some ziplocks and foil or other containers for food storage or leftovers. You can use the air mattress pumps to blow up floats. Just needed some luggage racks and a place to hang clothes in one downstairs bedroom. Stairs are steep but there are two bedroom options downstairs. The game room is directly across from the kitchen and easy to access. You are about 20 minutes to Fort Worth or Arlington activities. Nice place for a get away with family.

Really nice reunion
This was easily the best stocked vrbo I've ever stayed at. There was nothing missing that we really needed. There are plenty of towels for pool and bath, extra pillows and blankets, and all manner of kitchen utensils and dishware. Our group of 14 was able to all sit down at the same time. Bruce was very easy to work with and check out was a snap, unlike many VRBO's that expect you to practically clean the house before you leave. The detached gameroom was brilliant. Ping-Pong, shuffleboard, air hockey, 2 sofas, card table and 2 murphy beds. In the house, all the bedrooms have floor space for extra mattresses. The pool was also fun. The diving board is gone which I was kind of glad about. The pool was in some shade first thing in the morning and almost all shade by about 5pm. We will certainly check on the availability of this house for next year's reunion.

Great place for a family weekend
We really enjoyed staying here as a large family. The game room, pool, and jacuzzi were all well used. The host was very good at contacting us, meeting us there to show us around and how everything worked. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. My only criticisms are that it is a little dated of a property and the gas grill needed cleaned out, because the old grease and stuff at the bottom kept on flaming up on us.
