Don't miss out on this charming and completely remodeled lake property located on Big Cedar Lake at Tri Lakes. Big Cedar is an all-sport lake during the hours of 1-4pm and connects to 2 other non-all-sport lakes (Little Cedar and Round Lake). This house is nestled on a secluded and serene partially wooded lot for added privacy which is perfect for relaxation and entertaining. Views of the lake from the back deck and shoreline are breathtaking. Just steps down to the lake is 120ft of private lake frontage with wooden piers for you to enjoy all the wonders of lake life at its finest. A full wrap around deck surrounds the home. Cedar siding on the house creates a cabin-like feel to the home. Extra wide gravel parking lot out front.

Please note we have a fenced area for pets; however the fenced area leads up to the upper deck (via stairs) and the deck does not have a gate or other mechanism for pets to be contained.

You will be required to provide a state issued ID and sign a rental contract prior to check in. No exceptions. If you do not wish to provide those items, you should cancel your reservation.

No refunds for late arrival, travel interruptions such as flight delays or traffic jams, or early checkout. Please purchase travel insurance to cover your trip in the event that something unforeseen happens.

No more than the maximum number of guests (8). No exceptions. You cannot bring air mattresses to accommodate extra guests.

We do not provide firewood, firestarter or a lighter or matches. Some may be available when you arrive, left over from previous guests, but are not guaranteed.

This is the lake, there are bugs as well as vegetation including but not limited to poison ivy and poison oak.

Quick winter getaway
Beautiful property. House was in excellent condition, very clean. Enjoyed watching the swans in the lake in the mornings as we had our coffee. Greatly enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay here again should the opportunity present itself.

My friends and I had a wonderful time on the lake, thanks to Deja Blue Cottage! Everything was clean and the location is perfect. The bedroom arrangement worked very well too, we'll definitely be back!

My family stayed for a week and we have no complaints. The house was beautiful, the views were fabulous, and the memories are priceless. The kiddos got a lot of use out of the kayaks and paddle board.

Pleasant Vacation
The house was very nice and was represented by the listing well. The pontoon boat was unavailable due to repairs. All in all, it was a fun, relaxing stay in Indiana!

Everything about this property was better than expected and described. It is in a stellar location, beautifully updated and kept, and easily accommodated all of our needs. The hosts were communicative and friendly. We will most certainly be back.

The house is wonderful and very clean! Bedroom in the back of main floor could use some curtains or blinds and there needs to be more toilet paper left in bathrooms. Over all great stay and us girls had a great weekend!

Well appointed property. House Needs some tweaking outdoors and inside. Internet was a fail completely...therefore so were the televisions. No screens installed for windows. A gate on upper deck is needed for pets and small children containment. The kayaks and paddleboard were lifesavers for entertainment.

Wonderful location on the water
We booked this listing to be near the eclipse but got so much more. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well stocked (no toaster though), the view was breathtaking, and the location is perfect for a beautiful sunrise. Communication with Marion was great. Prior to getting there they answered every question I had and even went out of their way to install a gate on the steps leading from the house down to the fenced in yard. Everyone had a great time and will probably come back when it's warmer to experience the lake. The only cons is the yard is still not completely dog proof if you have escape artists. On the deck at the top of the stairs going to the lake there are balusters with pretty large gaps and at the top of the stairs on the other side of the gate there is a gap leading directly onto the top step. The owners did put up chicken wire but missed a few spots. Across from that there are gaps that, if your dog is brave, could jump off the deck onto the hill. The listing does say it's not dog or childproof but they have gone out of their way to get it as close as possible. All in all an amazing place for a vacation and reasonably priced as well for what you get.

This house is great! There's lots of steps down to the lake so watch those. The bed downstairsin the master suite was amazing amd so were the heated floors in the bathroom. My husband was a bit upset the book said we could not lower the tempbelow 70 lol I wouod so stay here again.

Sisters Weekend
My four sisters and I enjoyed this fantastic property during our weekend stay. The home is beautifully and thoughtfully designed. We had all we needed during our stay. We were also impressed with how clean everything was. It can be difficult to keep a property clean that is not always occupied and the owners do an amazing job. We would absolutely choose to stay here again.

Lovely home in the Tri-Lakes area
My family of 5 adults and one small dog stayed for 6 nights in June. The house was beautiful and as pictured. The kitchen had plenty of cabinet space for all the food and snacks we had brought along. In communicating with the host, Marion before our stay, I had asked about a blender and filtered water. She had responded quickly that a blender and a Brita water pitcher would be purchased and waiting for us! What amazing customer service! Also, I had inquired about getting a 4th kayak, which also was available upon our arrival. Truly, Marion and Mike care about their guests. The house does have a lot of stairs to access the lake-but again-this is just as pictured. No surprises here! It will be a good work out for you! The lake is all sports from 1-4pm every day, and we were able to easily plan our kayaking and swimming/floating around those hours. Aside from plant life as you walk into the lake, it was easy access either directly from the dock, or the zero-depth access to the east of the dock. We enjoyed grilling and eating at the table on the deck every night. One night we ran out of propane, and we had a new tank delivered quickly from our hosts. Again-excellence in the host-department! I would not hesitate to recommend this home and the hosts to anyone! Thank you, Marion and Mike!

Stayed here for a weekend basketball tournament in Fort Wayne, enjoyed a house versus a hotel. The house has a well equipped kitchen, updated bathrooms, and the house was very clean. The only downside was not a big tv room or enough cable to have ESPN channel/ NBA payoffs. Aside from that that was really nice stay.

2 heavenly weeks at the lake
The house was newly renovated and very clean with 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. Everyone fought over the luxurious master suite with sliding doors to lake view yard. Lake water was clear and beautiful and we got a lot of use out of the kayaks. We even caught a few fish off the dock. Had good ice cream, pizza and First Friday festival nearby. The only downside was the 70 steps down to the lake. No problem fir anyone except my 89 year old mom who watched from the deck.
