The property is currently undergoing renovations so that is why I rated conditions as a 3-star. Flooring in the lobby, hallways and rooms are newer. Staff is super friendly and is willing to do accommodate any needs. Room was clean and provides the basics. The only missing entity in the room was there was no refrigerator but since it's cold outside, we could leave our food in the car. We had an issue with someone makign noise one night and staff handled that. Sign for hotel is hard to see from road at first as hotel sits behind a seafood restaurant. There are TONS of eating establishments in the area so that was nice to have. Overall we were happy with the stay and for the price we were charged. It served me and my son's needs as we were in town for a lacrosse tournament.

The furniture was broken and we found bed bugs in the room. There were not bugs in the bed though thankfully so we have to exterminate our clothes and belongings when we get home. There wasn't anywhere else available in our price range for the festival, so we stayed. And we didn't have any issues with the bed. The staff said the rooms are getting make overs for next year.

My experience at the Magnuson Hotel was pure satisfaction on arrival I was greeted with kindness by staff..As I entered my room the smell of fresh cleanliness assured my comfort.. My room was elegant bedding very clean relaxing my body I slept throughout the night with no issues I would recommend the Magnuson Hotel for anyone looking to sleep comfortably and awake to a nice breakfast before checking out.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Magnuson Hotel is an excellent place to stay..I stayed 17 days straight relaxing in comfort as I waited for my apartment to get finished..I can’t express enough how grateful I am for the amazing customer service I received.
