The condo was excellent, very clean and looked great. The large sliding doors to the patio were amazing for letting in light and opening up to the best part, the view of the gulf. Would definitely rent there again, convenient to everything.

❤️ clean as a whistle, great queen mattress, balcony always in shade due to South facing. Great starter kit, beautiful beach and pool. Improvement opp: Somewhere/thing to put luggage on.

Beautiful relaxing weekend!
The property was just as presented in the pictures. It is a beautiful one bedroom condo right on the Gulf shore. It had everything we needed....except for one thing.....a spatula to turn my grilled cheese sandwich! Direct check-in/check-out is awesome! The pools were awesome, but the best is sitting on the balcony listening to the waves roll in.....absolute relaxation!

Issue with dryer
Don't use the dryer as it is a lot of internal rust and it will ruin your clothes as it did ours with multiple long deep rust stains. The unit also has a musty odor.

Carpet in bedroom needs replaced. Horrible condition. Bathroom sinks (2) need repaired. Roach on kitchen counter. Very outdated. Would not stay here again.

View was amazing!
Property was super clean and staff super friendly. Pool was huge but lacking shaded area until late in the day. Super easy to find the management company and property itself. Only suggestion would be to do some minor upgrades. The carpet in bedroom was clean but in my opinion carpet and sand don’t go well together. Patio furniture has also been eaten away by humidity and could break at anytime. This was my first time using this service and I totally will again. It was so nice to have a dryer for wet pool clothes, Kitchen for quick lunches, and you can’t beat the view!!!

Furniture is out dated throughout the whole unit. TV in bedroom would only work for a few minutes and then go blank and only caption statements would be seen. There’s no keurig…. I did leave some coffee and filters for the next person so they wouldn’t have to worry. Lights in kitchen were not all functional (2). The facility is great! Location is great! Pool and easy access to beach is great! Facility staff is great and maintenance is great! Just the unit itself if outdated and not worth the money we paid.

View from 6th floor great! Setup of the room is good. Nice furniture and appliances. However, room showed not well maintained. Closet door fell out of tracks, lots of drywall damage, ceiling drywall has long crack, A/C quit working (Vacasa very responsive to that), patio door tracks last cleaned/greased probably never, outside patio outlet cover missing and not working, some of the dishes had to be washed again, limited racks to move your belonging in so be prepared to wait 30 min or better or make mulitple trips up/down a busy elevator and finally, no broom to sweep floor or patio, after-hours answering service is non-existent. Some of these may seem picky but at this price, there are expectations to be upheld.

Nice condo
Great condo for for a quick trip to the beach with my son. The pool is huge and the condo is right on the beach. I received texts and emails updating me on check in/out times and was able to text back and forth with staff. We enjoyed our stay.

BED BUGS!!!!!
Waters Edge 607 has bed bugs. Vacasa was good about moving us to another unit after we completed the "bed bugs protocol". This experience ruined our vacation

Sunrise and magnificent ocean view condo
I love the unit with the magnificent ocean front view. Me and my husband ate breakfast and dinner several times during our stay on the balcony overlooking the ocean and that was so romantic and enjoyable. I even got to see the sunrise, a few mornings at the front door balcony, which was stunning .
