Sunset Cottages located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL is the perfect spot for your beach vacation! This low-rise, 19-unit property is nestled along the white sandy beaches of The Gulf of Mexico and allows guests to enjoy a vacation filled with peace and uncrowded beaches. The courtyard style architecture puts the swimming pool in the center of the complex for easy access. Each unit has private balconies or patios allowing for a wonderful place to unwind. Enjoy nearby restaurants, entertainment, entertainment, and shopping. Retreat and relax while making great memories along the beaches of The Emerald Coast.

This third floor, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a dining area, and balcony with partial gulf views. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV. A set of twin bunk beds in the hallway (Great for small kids). A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, a full-size bathroom, and a balcony with pool views. A second bedroom with a queen-size bed, flat screen TV, and full-size bathroom. Washer and dryer in unit.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

We were in town for granddaughter’s wedding. Perfect location with just steps from the beach. Nice pool. Very clean and with all the amenities you would need. We had 3 adults and 2 kids (7 &10) and it was perfect for all.

The cottage is very nice, spacious, and clean. It has a warm home feeling. There is an overview of the ocean and hearing the waves from the patio was so serene. I absolutely loved staying here with my family.

This property was simply beautiful. It was exactly as pictured. Everything was in great shape and anything you could think of needing was included. The short walk down the sidewalk to the beach was wonderful. My family loved our stay here and would recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet place to enjoy the beach.

Amazing getaway and place to stay!!
We had a a great stay at sunset cottages 6c! The condo was exactly as listed and even has a great view of the ocean off the kitchen balcony! They have a nice pool with outside bathrooms and a outside shower for rinsing off the sand after you get back from the beach! There is also a side walk right beside the condo that leads all the way to the beach so no crossing any roads to get to the beach! We had a great stay here and will definitely be back again!! Highly recommend!!!

The condo was great overall! Do be aware there ia no elevator though and lots of flights of stairs to carry up and down luggage and also stairs to get to the beach! Convenient location! Management was great! We also rented the pontoon which was nice but the radio did not work which was kind of annoying but not a huge deal. Would stay again!

Nice beach getaway
The cottage was clean and had nice finishes. Some things were a little worn but it's hard to maintain a beach property. My daughter and her husband slept upstairs and said it was a little warm up there so they were thankful for the fan. Beach access was good and the kids loved that there was also a pool.

Beautifully renovated. Loved the new floors, cabinets, and tiled shower with rain head. Only issue with our stay was the king size mattress in the master bedroom was worn out and we had severe back pain into the second morning of our trip. It was awful!

Wonderful Condo
This condo was very accommodating for our group of 4 adults. It was spacious, cleaned and well maintained. There there plenty of towels and washcloths for showering. The kitchen was fully stocked with almost any appliance you would need. There was a nice little view of the ocean from the balcony off of the dining area. We were very satisfied with the host as well. We highly recommend booking this condo and have already referred it to others. We will return.

Great location for us
The unit was clean and had everything needed. It was a short and not congested drive to visit family or shopping. Weather wasn't the best but walked the beach a few times. The only issue we have with this unit is how easy the entrance door could be opened from inside. The inside door handle just needed to be turned down to open and once outside the door locked automatic. A code needs to be put in to open. Worried us a little the night we wanted grandchild over. We would stay here again.
