You'll find this condo in the Pirates' Bay complex, close to an assortment of restaurants that specialize in local seafood and other delicious fare. If you're heading to the beach, you'll be less than two miles from the gorgeous white sand and sparkling Gulf waters of Okaloosa Island, which features several public beach access parks that offer free parking. Spend a morning fishing from the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier or take a seven-mile drive over to the Destin Harbor Boardwalk.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 1.
Dock details: There is a dock available to guest as well as a private boat slip E16. Guest must have boat insurance to use boat slip and fill out necessary paperwork for HOA.
Please be aware Pirates Bay does not have a boat launch. There are 3 options to launch a boat.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
