*Beach service included* Welcome to paradise! Romantic getaway? Family fun? This is the condo for you. Located on the 2nd floor of Island Sands, you won’t worry about crowded elevators. You are seconds from the white sandy beaches and relaxing with the complimentary beach service (Mar 1- Oct 31). On Okaloosa Island enjoy morning walks that are picturesque, along with family fun at the pool and grill area. The private balcony and double sliding glass doors offer panoramic views of the sunset.

Enjoy the direct and unobstructed views of the ocean from this second floor condo the minute you walk in the door. After a fun filled day on the beach, unwind in this 1 bd, 1.5 ba condo offering a king size bed, with a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 4). You will have all the amenities of home with a fully stocked kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, washer and dryer in the unit, cable TV, DVD Player and stereo. Luxury linens and bath towels are provided. You are within minutes of amazing restaurants, putt-putt and the boardwalk. If nightlife is more your style, you’re in luck. Destin is only a short drive. For the nature lover, this unit is a short walk to the government reservation with miles of secluded open beach. There is sure to be fun for the whole family at your fingertips! Between the 30 second walk to the sand and our dedication to personal touches, you will never want to leave!

We were totally blown away at how beautiful and CLEAN the condo was..loved the view, comfortable bed, and loved having 1 1/2 baths. Unfortunately, for a nonsmoking unit and property, it was extremely smokey. I do not blame our host as she tried, but the amount of smokers in a nonsmoking enviroment was overwhelming.

This property suited our needs perfectly. It was set up very well, everything was easy with check in/ check out, and most importantly, the beach is just, right there! It is an older condo unit, but is well maintained. The price was very good and we were sorry to have to leave.

Beach service and property manager were awesome. Check in was simple and great communication The space was as expected so cute! The bed was so comfortable. Light switches were a bit tricky and thought we could have used a few more garbage bags. Cell service was spotty.

Sweet little area
First time staying in Fort Walton, from the beginning the owner has been amazing. Sweet tumbler left as a gift, clean, and comfortable condo. Breathtaking view just steps to the white sand. Condo is very quiet and small. Comes with two chairs and umbrella, and they line the chairs up straight along the waterfront, which we love. We did have to sit second row one day but it was not bad at all. Take a tan if you anyone is sleeping in the living room. The ceiling fan is connected to the lights and you can run the fan without the lights on. Also the pull shade in the bedroom is not enough to block the outside light. No reason to not stay here!! We plan to be back!!

We love returning to Island Sands each fall. This is this first time in this particular condo. We were extremely pleased with it. Perfectly decorated for the beach. It had everything we needed. Loved the balcony view. We will definitely be coming back.

Our Paradise!
We loved our stay. Nicely decorated & steps from the beach! Thank you for the drink tumbler & other goodies. The dry bag to keep our phones was an excellent unexpected bonus! The condo was clean & had the necessities we needed for our stay. Check in & out was very easy. This is a perfect place for couples or a small family. Girl’s Trip 2022
Had a wonderful week on our girl’s trip! Have stayed in this complex several times but this particular condo is by far my favorite! Very clean, beautifully decorated, fully equipped and lots of little extras that made us feel very welcome. Ashley was so sweet and accommodating and we could not have asked for a better host! Location is perfect and views are amazing! We are already planning our next trip back here and will definitely be staying at this condo! Thank you Ashley for everything and for the goodie bag too!

We had a wonderful time .. We celebrated our 47th wedding anniversary.
We did experience a few things 1. The towel holder in hall bathroom was broken. 2. One of the outdoor chairs the wood was rotten and the boat broke loose. I have pics to show you if you need them .. Would love to come back again next year and rent the condo. Thank you very much from both of us.
