Enjoy our ground floor, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo with a private patio, making your access to the beach or pool a breeze. Revel in the convenience of private beach access.

Living Areas

Spend quality time in the inviting living room, featuring floor-to-ceiling patio doors that lead to your private patio. Relax on the sofa sleeper, loveseat, and two armchairs while watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV.

Kitchen & Dining

Cook delicious meals in the spacious kitchen, fully equipped with full-size appliances, including a refrigerator, wine cooler, stovetop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Small appliances like a drip coffee maker, blender, and toaster are also provided. Gather around the dining table, which seats eight, or use the three barstools at the peninsula for casual meals.

Bedrooms & Baths

This single-level condo accommodates up to eight guests across three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The serene master bedroom features a king bed and floor-to-ceiling patio doors leading to your private patio. The en-suite master bathroom includes dual sinks and a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds. A guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination is also available. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located within the condo.

Extra Amenities & Details

From March through October, we offer complimentary beach service, including an umbrella and two chairs for stays of 14 days or less (weather permitting). Enjoy our community pool with lounge chairs and BBQ with our charcoal grills. Unassigned parking for two vehicles is available. Each room, including the living room, is equipped with televisions featuring cable TV. Wireless internet is provided, with each unit having its own router.

Location

Nautilus Condominiums are situated on the Gulf of Mexico's stunning beaches of Okaloosa Island/Fort Walton Beach. Our mid-sized building features 68 units across seven stories, serviced by two elevators. Enjoy uncrowded beaches and a convenient beach walkover. Our on-site rental office ensures prompt responses to any questions or maintenance needs. A convenience store is located next door. With multiple units available, we’re the ideal choice for families and sports teams wanting to stay nearby.

We provide an initial supply of dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, and trash bags for your first 24 hours. Please bring additional items such as paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, napkins, condiments, spices, coffee, coffee filters, beach towels, umbrellas, beach toys, sunscreen, and any other essentials for your perfect vacation.

Our units include full linens, with one towel per person per unit capacity, but do not include beach towels. A washer/dryer is available for washing towels as needed. Beds are made with white quilts laundered before each check-in, and a blow dryer is provided in each unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room on the bottom floor was OK but we did find dirty under clothes and items that should’ve already been found by the cleaning crew or whoever does that before we even arrived. Also it we had a lot of rain and the rain pooled at our door step so that you were walking through water trying to get in the door of your condo. The wine cooler did not work and there weren’t any extra blankets for any room in case you got cold with the rain. It definitely change the temperament in the condo as well as our ability to go to the beach but that’s out of anybody’s control.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There are only a few things that you could honestly say negatively about this place. We stayed on the ground level and beside the pool and walkway to the beach, a long with right outside the front door was the stairs to the other levels. I was concerned with noise/commotion with having 2 under the age of 2 years old. We also traveled across time zones and that added to my hesitancy with booking but we could not have had a better experience if we tried! The noise was never an issue. There were a few issues with the unit itself and the staff and management went above and beyond to ensure we were compensated and taking care of. We stayed there for an entire week and were sad to leave. The only thing I would suggest to the next is to ensure all appliances, doors and lights work before assuming they do. Again, they will fix any problem immediately but to save yourself from the hassle just check everything before you need it. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you to everyone!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Floors were sandy, sinks and faucets were dirty. Guest bathroom shower liner was mildewed. The sliding glass door did not work properly and was very hard to open and close. Linens on bed were dingy and there was sand on the bed. Bedroom furniture is old and rickety. Furniture in living room is old and needs to be replaced. One closet in guest bedroom was full of pictures and could not be used.

Location, that’s what you get
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a positive experience and I would stay there again. Very responsive staff. Here are the negatives. Floors will never be clean and sand is everywhere. Bedding needed to be replaced upon arrival. The kiosks room developed a water leak in the ceiling and the refrigerator temp had to be adjusted to accommodate a full fridge. Beds and couches have seen better days, but the unit came with everything we needed. The whole facility is aged, the pool isn’t heated and drainage is an issue if it rains. All that being said, this was an average rental experience that I would repeat for the price.
