Note all renovations on the Summer Place resort will be completed by March 27th. Beach access, heated pool and whirlpool will be accessible the entire time.

From the spectacular views to the spacious luxury accommodations, this renovated, beautifully decorated unit offers everything to make your vacation unforgettable. Summer Place #506 was just freshly painted in 2024 and is 100% tiled. It has a brand-new sofa sleeper and new master bedroom furniture. The condo has a fully equipped, large kitchen with a new refrigerator/freezer, all stainless-steel appliances and granite counter tops and breakfast bar. The condo has a large laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, a new smart TV in the living room, as well as 3 additional flat screen TV's in bedrooms and free WI-FI.

**We also pre-pay for a daily beach set-up with 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella for March-October which is FREE to our guests.**

This beautiful condo has full unobstructed views of the pools, beach and ocean. The large balcony extends across the width of the living room and master bedroom. The master suite has a new comforter, large walk-in closet and the spacious master bath has an oversized tub and shower. The large 2nd bedroom has 2 full-size beds and opens to a full bathroom, 2nd bathroom also opens to living area. Bunk Bedroom is a private 3rd bedroom with (2) twin mattresses.

Luxury and elegance create the charm of the Summer Place Condominium. Situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico on beautiful Okaloosa Island, minutes from Destin, it has quickly become a family favorite destination. Summer Place is a smaller low-density resort, with only 53 units. This allows you and your family to get the perfect spot on the 300' of gorgeous white sand beaches deeded for Summer Place. Enjoy the two outdoor pools (one is seasonally heated), hot tub, seasonal beach service, well equipped fitness room and barbecue grill area during your family beach vacation. With the Gulf waters in full view, simply walk out onto the beautiful white sand beaches and enjoy the very best that the Emerald Coast has to offer.

Wonderful condo

We were on a baseball trip with school and stayed in this condo. It was very clean and we didn’t run into any issues. It was a convenient area. The pools and hot tub were cleaned every morning. We would stay here again!

Loved it!!!

It was my family first time staying in Destin. We recently had suffered a lost a few days prior to coming and decided to still travel to get away for a few days. Mrs Angela responded so quickly with my booking and house was lovely. The view was AMAZING!!!! Everything I needed was right at my fingertips. The staffs was very attentive to my concern about the bathtub water wouldn’t turn off, and they came up right away. I’ll definitely pick this location again in the near future.

Family Friendly

This is the best place to stay for a family. Everyone is so nice and the area is more family oriented than a party scene. It's also very close to grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and activities. The condo is nice and clean and has pretty much everything you need. This is our go to spot for vacations now. We loved it!

Everything was as expected, super easy check in experience and great communication with the owner! We had an issue with the sound on the tv and they offered to have a new one sent over asap (it was resolved though) - such a great experience and would love to come back!

Love the View!

We were looking for a last minute getaway and found this condo on Okaloosa Island. The condo was just what we needed! Great view, kitchen, balcony to enjoy our breakfast & lunch, & close to restaurants. We loved having the beach chair service included as we sat on the beach every day except one and read books & watched the waves roll in. Also, loved hearing the fighter jets fly over each day.

Great family vacation

This was our first time staying at summer place and we loved it. It’s a smaller complex so it was less crowded and a shorter distance to beach! Condo was as pictured. Check in and out couldn’t have been easier. Angie was super easy to work with-eager to resolve an issue we had with the couch. These things Are bound to happen, it’s how they handle them that matters. Thanks Angie! Would love to stay here again!

Beautiful condo and location!

The condo was just as described. The check-in process was a breeze! We actually arrived early and we allowed access to the pool and the beach service that was provided while we waited for our condo. The view was amazing and having two pools meant that most the time we had a pool to ourselves! There are restaurants within walking distance. Our favorite was ordering from Stewby’s Market and bringing it back to enjoy at the condo. (FYI they have the best crab legs ever!) We enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

Beautifully updated and decorated condo!

We were so impressed with the updated furnishings and incredible view of Summer Place 506. Our family had a great vacation! We loved that the condo is located directly on the gorgeous white sand beach. The beach set up with lounge chairs and umbrella made it super convenient to be on the beach in just a few minutes from leaving the condo door. We also love the fact we can walk to numerous restaurants and the Boardwalk is just a short walk up the beach. There's so much to do right on Okaloosa Island and the Destin Harbor is just 5 minutes away as well. We're definitely returning!

Nice but needs some work and updates

The overall cleanliness was good. But the master bathroom looked very "used" and old. The bathtub was very old looking.The shower curtain liner was very dirty looking at the bottom. Around the bottom of the vanity looked very old and dirty. The toilet had a crack that was glued back together. The switch to turn on the exhaust fan was disgusting. The bathroom off the kitchen - the toilet rocked back and forth so we didn't use it too much for fear it would break completely. You need to hold down the handle on it for about 15 seconds for it to completely flush. The sink was very slow to drain. Did not use the shower but there was black around the edge of the tub. The dishwasher looked dirty inside. We did not use it until the last day. So thank you for providing a clean sponge and dish soap. The microwave number buttons and time cook button do NOT work. We got out the manual to see if we were doing something wrong. The buttons on the left side worked and we had to use them to heat something and just watch the time if we only wanted 30 seconds or a minute. I took a video showing the problem.
