This 2 bed 1 bath is like new with a covered carport & Large Front Storage Room with Bikes & Beach Chairs ready for you! The back porch is covered and screened in! The large backyard has a grill and is fenced in with some 6' wood privacy and chain link. Inside this cottage has a brand new bathroom and updated kitchen with an oversized laundry room right off the front storage room. Rental comes with 2 bikes you can ride to the grocery, ferry park to play disc golf or run the track, there are 3 bay beach access areas all with in walk or bike distance! This home is on a quiet street in a great neighborhood! You can see Destin across the choctawhatchee Bay from the front driveway or walk 1 mile to the end of Bay street and see the Wednesday night boardwalk or Thursday night Destin HarborWalk FIREWORKS All Summer from memorial day to labor day!
