Emerald Isle 107-Okaloosa Island-Directly on the Beach-Ground Floor-Easy Access

This remodeled condo is located in Emerald Isle, a beachfront complex located on beautiful Okaloosa Island. This unit boasts granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, multi-shower head shower, master bedroom w/king bed, a private bunk room and plush pullout queen sleeper sofa in living room.

Our ground floor location and free reserved parking spot right outside the front door makes loading and unloading the car a breeze!

Relax on the white sugar sand beach right out in front of the complex and enjoy the turquoise water which has become the hallmark of the Emerald Coast. Take a dip in the oceanside pool, play a couple sets of tennis, or go for a run on the beach. After a long day, fire up one of the poolside grills and throw a steak on the charcoal.

Beach service is available but not included. We do provide chairs, umbrella, beach toys and a cooler that you’re welcome to use during your stay.

If you have kids, they will enjoy the Gulfarium, putt-putt golf or fishing from the pier within a couple miles of your front door. There's something for everyone here at Emerald Isle.

PLEASE NOTE - This unit does NOT offer a water view as it is on the ground floor; however, it is only 73 steps to the pool and beach entrance!

The entire Emerald Isle complex underwent a $4 million renovation in 2016 and is one of the premier locations on Okaloosa Island. The nightlife of Destin is only a short 6 mile drive away and then come back to the quiet seclusion of Okaloosa Island at the end of a long evening.

Amazing stay
The property is beautiful, space is decorated nicely, contains all the comforts of home, the only drawback is that you don’t have the view of the ocean but you’re only a few steps away I would definitely recommend staying at this property. The owners were easy to contact and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay, and we do it again

Beautiful Condo
Wow! The condo was beautiful and stocked with so many extras that you just don’t find in other rentals. The owners have thought of everything! The owners went above and beyond. Taylor even texted me letting me know that the condo was ready for check-in early. That was very helpful. The beds were super comfortable! The very best shower we have ever had in a rental and that’s saying a lot. Very close walk to the beach and pool. We can’t wait to stay in this beautiful condo again next year!

Emerald Coast Hideaway
We loved our time at Emerald Isle the past 10 days!! The unit was just as described and perfect for our needs. Fully equipped kitchen and close to many activities. The weather was a bit cool, but we loved our walks on the beautiful white beach regardless!!

We had a really awesome week staying at this vacation condo. There were so many little 'special' touches, like beach umbrella, beach toys, games, kitchen accessories, etc. We didn't realize that we didn't have a beach view from our room and almost cancelled when we realized it. In hindsight, we're so glad we kept the reservation. The host was extremely easy to work with and we wouldn't hesitate to return and rent this unit again. The location was fantastic and fortunately we had a perfect week of good weather to enjoy the beach and pool.

Lovely place
Very clean and even though they live in the unit none of there things are in your way at all. Love that there is a pool and it is right on the ocean so it’s just a short walk. The manager is very nice and super easy to contact if needed and checked in to make sure things were good several times. Would definitely recommend staying here on your trip to Florida.

Our family of three really enjoyed our stay in Emerald Isle 107. The kitchen was VERY well equipped, and the multi-head shower was great for getting clean at the end of the day. The location is perfect too, just a minute from the pool and not much further to the beach. We brought our own chairs and tent but didn't need to as they had the same chairs and tent we brought. Will definitely be back again.

Great location and very nice condo.
Right on the beach! Clean and comfortable. Well appointed kitchen for cooking your own meals. About 15 minutes to attractions in Destin if you want to travel. The beach was our main attraction. Dewey Destin’s on Calhoun was awesome. Great fresh seafood and sunsets over the bay. The hosts were great and easy to communicate with before we arrived. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Beach
Although this property was small and just big enough for our family of 5 (two being teens) it is on the bottom floor with a parking space right outside the door and that made it nice. No view of the beach, but just steps from the pool and beach made it worth it. Just FYI… parking is VERY tight so if you have a large vehicle be prepared.

Beautiful Condo!
This condo was perfect for our family of four! The ground floor with parking right at the door worked perfect for us since we have two small girls. Very short walk to the pool and beach. EXTREMELY CLEAN!!! I was very impressed with how clean this condo was and how well equipped the kitchen is! We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous
Took my wife on a weekend vacation for her birthday. Couldn't ask for a better experience. The condo was beautiful. Everything we needed was there in the condo. Ben was very helpful when his assistance was needed. Loved the condo. I will definitely be renting from Ben again in the future.

Most well appointed condo, EVER!
This condo has EVERYTHING! Every appliance, kitchen need, extra blankets, pillows, beach chairs, games, comfortable furniture, and more! We felt as though we were staying in the home of a friend! The owners were awesome to check in with us to make sure we got into the unit ok and to make sure all was well after some rough weather. They were also quick to refund our deposit after our stay! If this unit faced the gulf, we would make it our beach condo every year! It is nearly perfect!!!

Amazing!!!
This was our first time using HomeAway and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The owners were beyond helpful months before and during our stay. They were so quick to answer all of our questions and were extremely helpful in making our vacation perfect! The condo was equipped with everything our family of four needed for our beach vacation. Front door parking was a huge plus! We loved being steps away from the sand. All the amenities made our trip extremely easy. I can't say enough about how wonderful it was. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. I will definitely stay here again for our next vacation!!!

Perfect Place for Girls' Trip
This condo was PERFECT for our July 2023 Girls' Beach Trip! From our initial contact thru our entire stay, the hosts were lightening-fast responsive and helpful with the questions we had and a couple hiccups (totally out of their control) that needed to be addressed. The inside of the condo was exactly as pictured on the website and has everything you might need during your stay. The kitchen is completely outfitted to cook your own meals. The hosts also offer a sizable list of restaurants they recommend. The bed was super comfortable! It was really convenient to use the provided beach chairs....and the beach really is less than 100 steps away! We would definitely recommend staying in this unit...Ben and Taylor will take care of you well.

Wonderful experience!
We enjoyed our experience from beginning to end! We always prefer to work with an owner, not a management company, and Ben was top notch! The condo inside is much nicer even than the pictures with literally every convenience you could think of. I was recovering from knee surgery, and the pool and beach are right out the front door. Very short walk. Loved that! This area was quiet and the beach was amazing! Ben was so helpful with recommendations for the area, since we had never been to the Emerald Coast. We were so blesssed to have found this gem to celebrate our 30th anniversary!

Hidden Gem
We found this condo to be vary spacious, beautifully decorated, extremely clean and of great value. It is everything advertised and more! The shower was quite a surprise when all the heads were spraying. It sure felt good after a day on the beach. The beach chairs, umbrella and coolers were the icing on the cake! We loved everything about your condo and do not have even one complaint. We would recommend this condo to anyone interested in staying in the Fort Walton Beach/Destin area. The owners were fabulous to deal with. We've already recieved our deposit back. We will be back to rent your home again. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Nice condo, poor beach conditions
The condo was great. It was very nice with extra perks such as books and movies. We liked that Okaloosa Island didn't have the heavy traffic but enough places to eat and play with our family. However, we came during a red tide so the beach was covered with dead fish and the water was filled with algae the entire stay. We ended up traveling to Destin most days to go to the beach. I know this can't be predicted or controlled but after reading reviews, it seems to happen a good bit more in this area than other places (I could be wrong though) so I'm a little hesitant to come back. Loved the condo and the owners were very helpful, nature just wasn't on our side.

Excellent Location!
Location: Ideally situated on Okaloosa island, this unit is very friendly for small families. The beaches--both sand and water--are gorgeous! There is less traffic/congestion than nearby Destin, but also within a short drive to the entertainment options in Destin. Accommodations: The unit is outfitted with tasteful furnishings, and aptly stocked with serving wares. We found most of our needs met across the bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Wi-Fi worked well. There are TVs with Cox cable in both, the living room and bedroom. The unit is a ground floor end unit. While there isn't much of a view to speak of, the property is oceanfront, and we heard no noise from the shared wall and ceiling above. Ease of Use: The unit has an electronic lock, which provided ease of use throughout the stay. No check-in at an office, which is great. VRBO sent check-in info a day or two in advance. The hosts were very responsive with questions as well, like what kind of coffee maker the unit has (both Keurig and pot by the way).
