Lovingly known as 'Ocean Minded', Waters Edge 218 is a large beachfront condo that has a unique feel to it that you will fall in love with the moment you step into it. The oversized balcony will call to you and allow you to relax your day away when you are not enjoying your time at the sandy white beaches below. Able to accommodate 12, this three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo is the perfect getaway. There are bunk beds in the hall for extra sleeping accommodations, which leads into a very spacious bedroom that holds a set of twin bunk beds and a queen bed to comfortably accommodate every family's needs. Further down the hall, you will pass another gorgeous bedroom with a king bed. The primary suite has a private entrance to the balcony and a gorgeous view of the gulf. This is the perfect getaway for any size family to enjoy. This lovely piece of Heaven has everything your family will need to relax the days away.

This spacious condo has lots of seating in the living room and dining room to accommodate your group and the extra square footage means you and your guests will have room to spread out.
Water's Edge is a wonderful beachfront complex with two large pools (one is heated in the winter), a large pool deck for relaxing, and a workout room. The multi-level parking makes parking much easier. Enjoy the sugar-white sand with complimentary beach service and then enjoy a cookout at the condo barbecue grills.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The title speaks for itself!! Our views from our balcony were absolutely stunning! Few Steps to the pool and little more steps to beautiful sugar sand beaches! The Condo was amazing. Fun Beach Stay
Very close walk to the ocean. The condo was very clean. There was plenty of space for the 12 of us. The pool is nice. We never had any issues with the elevator. Overall great stay!

Awesome Place!
The location of the unit was perfect being on the second floor and on the corner. The patio furniture was great and never got hot. The bedroom set up worked great for all of us (college students, teens and adults). The complex is very clean, user friendly and safe! The beach is only a hundred yards from the complex and the pools are big and accommodate a lot of people. We never felt cramped or like we could not do anything! Thank you for a great vacation! We will definitely be back to this same unit next year!!!

Our Florida Vacation
We had a wonderful family vacation at the Water's Edge Condos. When we arrived the condo was very clean, loved the lovely decorations on the wall, unit was very comfortable. We will definitely return next year. Only one hiccup was we had to call to get a code to get in the unit - the code we were emailed did not work., but we got it immediatley.

Great place to relax
I loved this property. It is quiet and very relaxing. It is a well maintained property. The only real problem was the parking garage stairwell smells really bad (like urine) so don't park on the 2nd floor. The 3rd and 4th floors which are connected to the resort so you don't need to use the stairs.

Birthday Weekend
Our family of 11, all 18 and up stayed for a long weekend to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. The location was great, the beach, the ability to walk to the board restaurants and pier was perfect for us. The unit was very clean only minor complaint was uncomfortable bedding, older mattress in the non master king size bedroom (I have no idea what the other beds are like). Everything else was great, I personally prefer the Gulf Shores/Fort Morgan area a lot more than Destin but it was still nice to get away from the cold of Michigan. Thank you for providing an economical way to do this for our large family!

Thanksgiving Get Together
We rented this unit the week of Thanksgiving. There were nine family members (seven adults and two children) and the condo was spacious enough for us all. The balcony was huge and had the most amazing views of the sunset. Check-in was great and followed up with a phone call to see if we needed anything. The unit was well stocked with cookware, utensils, glasses and dishes and towels were plentiful. They even supplied new disposable tins for a turkey and sides. 😊 Loved this unit and will be planning future stays. Many memories were made. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.
