Cute condo in a great location!
As good as it gets is the perfect description for this condo. The views from the balcony are just stunning. The condo was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for our family of four. You can't get any closer to the beach, it is literally just down the stairs and around the building. We had an amazing vacation. We hope to stay at this condo again in the future.

I have nothing but positives to give. Loved the place. Right on the beach. Breath taking view from the balcony. Great communication with owner. Great location. There is so much to do and everything is so close. My nephew and i was there for a weekend getaway, but we are already planning to go back. I would highly recommend the place.

Wonderful vacation
This was one of the best locations we’ve stayed in Fort Walton! The unit was clean and had just enough space for our little family of four. What made it for us was the immaculate view. You can literally see, hear and smell the ocean when you open the window. Kim was amazing with communication and quickly answered any questions I had. We will definitely stay here again next time we are back in Florida!

Great family vacation
Son’s family stayed in separate condo at Vista Del Mar. Enjoyed experiencing granddaughter’s first trip to beach and appreciated being able to bring small pet. Condo was very clean and had great view. Owner was easily accessible and responsive. Nice deep tub in bath, grab bars would be beneficial. Quiet neighborhood and close parking. Will definitely recommend and hope to be back next year.

THE LOCATION & VIEW IS EXCELLENT - AWAY FROM THE BUSY BEACHES BUT CLOSE ENOUGH TO ENJOY THEM IF YOU CHOSE TO. ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT IT STATES THERE IS A WASHER & DRYER, WHICH THERE IS JUST WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW YOU HAVE TO PAY TO USE IT. OVERALL ITS WELL EQUIPPED AND ENJOYABLE PLACE

Home away from home
The title sums it up. Home away from home. Communication with the owner was awesome! Wifi was great, cable not so much but it’s in the works. We had our furkid with us and he was welcomed with open arms and felt comfortable. There was some construction headaches, but it was necessary and brief. Will definitely be back for it is wonderful!! Just paradise
The condo is perfectly located. It has beach front view and easy access to enjoy the day under the sun. The neighborhood is very quiet, which we really loved and very close (10-15 min drive) to several restaurants, shops, Destin etc. We will definitely come back as the owner was always responsive and extremely nice. The building is also perfect in size, only 9 units, there was not too many people at the beach and around so we were able to relax and have a very nice time at this small paradise. Thank YOU for sharing ypur property with us. ☺
