The condo was amazing. The location was perfect and the view of the beach was breathtaking. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will be looking to be repeat customers. We really enjoyed our stay. The owners were prompt with communication and the ocean view made everything worthwhile! My only complaint is the master bed was a bit hard and rough on my back. Other than that everything was exactly as the listing states and I would stay again.

The property was very nice. We did have to request pass code for the pool. Not a complaint. Bedroom carpet and ceiling fans need cleaned but everything else was very nice 🙂. Overall we would recommend!

My family and I enjoyed so much staying here. Condo is clean and has gorgeous ocean views. Just one thing to consider is that condo is advertised as “sleeps 6” but it’s really “sleeps 4”, as the sofa bed mattress is in very bad condition and it’s impossible to sleep in. Once the mattress is replaced, it would be a nice place to stay for up to 6 people.

Gulf front paradise
A very nice one bedroom two bathroom condo. Very nicely decorated and the kitchen seemed to be stocked well enough to cook a meal. However we were on vacation and only used the coffee maker. I would definitely stay again. We went to rent chairs and an umbrella and was informed by the beach attendant that we got one with our condo so that was a plus.

The property and location was nice. We enjoyed our stay. The mattress on the sofa bed isn’t that great. Probably need a new cleaning crew. They didn’t do good job cleaning. The view and the property was excellent. The owner was nice and very responsive.

Perfect Getaway
My daughter and I stayed here for her Sweet 16 weekend getaway. It was a perfect weekend away. The condo was clean and has a great view. We spent many hours curled up on the balcony or walking the beach. The community heated pool and hot tub were in great condition and the community staff onsite was friendly and helpful. Since it was off season there were very few others on our floor which made for a quiet weekend. Would definately book again especially in season to enjoy the beach more.

Wonderful beach condo
The condo was put together very well and we loved having the two bedrooms! The view is absolutely stunning from the balcony. We loved having the complementary beach chairs and umbrella because it made it so easy to go down and enjoy the beach without the extra hassle. The only reason I didn’t give five stars from cleanliness was small things like the coffee pot and a few other dishes. We never were able to get the Wi-Fi info either. Over all we loved staying here and would definitely book again!

The condo was very nice, the only complaints I would have would be that the couch was uncomfortable and a little worn/dirty, and the bedroom could use a bigger tv. Other than that, it came with everything you would need if you wanted to cook and eat in, plenty of linen and towels, everything was in working order and clean! Would stay again!

Cozy place with everything you need! The Beach Library was a great addition. We enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfy. Only complaint would be the couch seems on its last leg. Def didn't effect our great time we had. Great view! Drinking coffee on the deck every morning, even some dolphin sightings from the deck. The owner was very responsive as well! Thank you!!

An awesome little place!
Had an incredible time here. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed. I saw a couple reviews where people complained about the carpet and a few scuffs in the paint. It’s a condo. On the beach. You’re gonna get some wear and tear. And who is spending that much time inside anyway? Go hit that beach chair, listen to the ocean and enjoy yourself. If you have enough time to complain about trivial stuff like that, you’re not vacationing right. I suggest you take 3 margaritas and reevaluate your priorities. Also the host is insanely fast at responding, we had an issue with the pool code and she answered immediately! I will definitely use this host again, thank you for the great stay!

Poorly Maintained Condo
Please save yourself the money and rent another condo. From the beginning we knew this condo was unlike anything we had stayed in. It is poorly maintained and poorly managed. From broken fans, several lights out, mildew covered shower curtain, mildew and crumb stuffed fridge, mildew filled dishwasher with rotted out prongs, old food in the couch... and that's just the beginning. Utensils and mixing bowls disgusting with dried on food, and owner says it's never been a problem before? Owner very unaccomodating and filled with exuses, also non-responsive. Condo is right next to the elevator and the bedroom shares a wall with the hallway. If you like to sleep on your vacation, you won't be doing it here. DO NOT RENT THIS CONDO! There are better ones in better locations in Destin.
