Staff was kind but not particularly useful when I wanted to adjust my booking. Was not even able to get in touch with the manager though attempts were made multiple times by Expedia agents and myself, so I ended up losing some money as a result. Laundry facilities do not work.

There was no local TV channels so no local sports. Couldn’t watch NFL games. Management was knocking at my door at 10:45 asking if I was staying another night when checkout is 11:00. No phones in room and no front desk number posted anywhere.

Rooms was very spacious and pretty clean. The hotel is a bit older, but in excellent condition. Front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast from 06:00-08:00 hrs was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel in all of my travels. I will definitely book here in all my travels and let my friends know to do the same.

Room is out of date, we had to pay pst when we checked in. The gave us a room key that didn’t work. Had to go wait in line to get another key. She then said I don’t know why it’s not working. I have to give you another key.
