Cute Duplex
This is a nice 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home in Ft. Smith. The home was clean and the property manager was very quick to respond to any questions. If we find ourselves in the Ft. Smith area again we will definitely stay here again.

Newer Vrbo home
Second year that we stayed in a Vrbo in Fort Smith. Found out the hard way that there isn’t a standard for amenities in Vrbo homes. This rental didn’t really give us a feeling of being in a home. No art or decorations on the walls no live plants. Bare bones kitchen items. No dish towels or dish rags. Minimal pots and pans, cups and glasses and bowls. Sofas in the living room were nice and soft. Bedrooms were very basic, bed nightstand dresser and Tv. Minimal clothes hangers in closets. No extra blankets in the closet. No lamps. Nice having the washer and dryer. Bathrooms up stairs were nice. A few extra towels in each bathroom. Plan on buying a mat for the tub/shower. We both came close to falling in the tub on our first showers. Big garage was nice! Wi fi signal was good through out the house. Will look for an older Vrbo next year.
