The Ocean Village Community, located on Hutchinson Island, is approx a 120-acre private community located directly on the ocean. Great location for this first floor condo at Ocean Village, centrally located to main pool, restaurant, Tiki Bar, first hole of golf course, main tennis court and minutes to beach. Located at Ocean Villa I Complex this Beachy Condo features a first floor, 1 bedroom King size bed, sofa sleeper, bathroom with walk in tiled shower, additional vanity sink, open floor plan, upgraded kitchen with granite counter tops, all stainless appliances, leather sofa bed, this condo sleeps three occupants only, all tile flooring through out condo, semi private porch located on rear of the condo with 9 foot hedges.. New washer and dryer, beautiful furnishings and Florida décor. Relax outside your patio area and enjoy the wonderful sunshine and beautiful tropical landscaping. Just steps to the first hole of a 9 hole par 3 golf course, Tennis Courts, heated swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffle board, main pool and over a mile of private ocean front beach. Gated security via 24 hour manned gate. The condo is licensed through the State of Florida and permitted through the City of Fort Pierce and is open for inspection by both entities when required. We follow all the latest CDC guidelines regarding covid cleaning protocols. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE MAIN POOL HAS BEEN CLOSED AND A NEW OLYMPIC SIZE POOL IS BEING PLANNED AS A REPLACEMENT. THE TWO ADDITIONAL POOLS REMAIN OPEN.

I went by myself. I felt very safe there. The condo was very clean and had everything you needed. They also have a nice gym on site that I worked out in. You also have access to the beach.

The condo was exactly as pictured, beachy and cozy! Loved the area and we enjoyed exploring the nearby towns and restaurants. Kurt and Melody made our stay stress free..easy check-in and supplied all the essentials! We would love to come back soon! The flowers and wine were a welcoming surprise!

Hosts were very accommodating and make their space feel like home. Check in process was easy and very close to the beach. There is a ton of stuff to do in Ocean Village. We love staying here and this spot is definitely our favorite so far!

Fantastic getaway to a beachside paradise
My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay! Such a lovely and welcoming place. You felt transported into a tropical oasis. The place was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. The whole community was great and the beach was a few minutes walk away and was spectacular. We wish we didn't have to leave! Thank you for your hospitality especially when our plans changed last minute due to a spring snowstorm.

Love Ocean Village
We had a great week in December to enjoy the beautiful weather on Hutchinson Island. This was our second stay in Ocean Village and first at this property. We love the location. The resort and the Condo are beautiful.

Beautiful, comfortable condo steps to the beach
We stayed for 5 nights, wish it were longer. Our stay was dampened by a 2 day rain event but the unit was comfortable enough to let us decompress and binge watch some TV and back to the beach when it cleared up. Close to restaurants and Ft. Pierce for grocery shopping and the hosts had a bottle of wine and flowers waiting for us on arrival. If our travels bring us back to the area we would definitely stay again, top notch.

Really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Village! The condo was 100 percent as advertised in the listing. Also, the bed, couch, and chairs were comfortable and everything was super clean. This place is awesome if you are looking for a summer beach getaway without the big crowds!

Pleasantly surprised!
Loved the condo and tropical decor. The location was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Tennis courts right outside the door so playing every morning was so convenient. Everyone was so friendly and inviting. I will definitely be booking again!

Grew up in Fort Pierce and decided to come back for our vacation this year. The condo was just what we needed! Close to everything we wanted to do! Lovely home with all the necessary amenities.
The home was decorated very beachy which was so fun and bright. The walk to the beach was quick. Loved the additional sink area outside the bathroom. Plenty to do near the condo in Jensen and Fort Pierce. NFL Sunday at the bar on property was lively and plenty of tv’s and specials.

Comfortable Condo in OV
We had a wonderful experience in this comfortable and thoughtfully appointed condo. Ocean Villiage is one of our favorite places to spend time in the winter and we have rented other condos in the community but this unit was the nicest by far. We were very pleased with the responsiveness of the owners and the check in process couldn't have been easier. We would love to return!

Wonderful beach resort getaway
The community at Ocean Village is very peaceful and relaxing. The amenities are great, the golf course, pools and hot tubs were very enjoyabl. The location in fort pierce is safe, as it's a gated community, but shopping is not close. You have to drive quite a ways to get anything.
