The property is located on Hutchinson Island, world famous 21 mile coastline of the most magnificent & beautiful beaches on the Treasure Coast. This one bedroom condo sits ground level, overlooking tennis, golf and the beach. Walk to the private access beach, swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, golf and the newly renovated oceanfront restaurant. Enjoy exploring many walking paths throughout the community. PLEASE NOTE: The Main Pool is currently being renovated and is scheduled to re-open in early 2025. Our prices have been reduced to account for this. The glorious ocean and beach are ALWAYS open and steps away. You will not be disappointed.

This property is cleaned and sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines. The health and safety of our guests is our top priority. All high touch surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We provide a starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee, towels, and toilet paper. Should this not be enough for your entire stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies. You are welcome to use the washing machine as well anytime throughout your stay.
