Rent paddleboards, surfboards, boats, and fishing gear to make the most of your oceanside stay. Tour the area and discover local attractions like Round Island Beach Park, Round Island Riverside Park, Sunrise Theatre, Fau Harbor Branch Ocean Discovery Center, and Gator Trace Golf & Country Club, all within a 15-mile radius. Enjoy the day dock overlooking the stunning Indian River, and take in the beautiful beaches and miles of biking and scenic exercise trails.
As you step inside, you'll be met with a bright interior awash with natural light. The open floor plan was designed with togetherness in mind so no conversation would be lost here. Enjoy plush furniture, a large TV for streaming movie marathons, and a sophisticated kitchen for whipping up beach picnic snacks.
Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone receives a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures. Find the epitome of comfort in the main bedroom, which boasts a luxurious en suite bathroom with an oversize walk-in shower and soaking tub. At the end of the day, enjoy cocktails on the patio while admiring the cotton candy-colored sky.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
