Welcome to this bright fully furnished two bedrooms one-and-a-half-bathroom townhome located on Hutchinson Island in the oceanside community of Ocean Village. The perfect space to entertain family and friends on a beach getaway. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials you'll need to enjoy your stay. This chic living room, complete with sleeper sofa, and dining room comfortably seat up to six guests. Upstairs you'll find the two bedrooms, one with a Queen-sized bed and the other with a double and a shared bathroom. This unit is furnished with a washer/dryer, WIFI, dishwasher and all the amenities that Ocean Village offers.

The light/exhaust fan in the master bath was in need of repair, there was water standing in the bottom of the dishwasher, the leg of the table was loose, garbage disposal stopped working, blind slats falling down, property could use a good paint job and stairway was narrow and dangerous with nails sticking out of trim on stair steps. My husband caught his sock on a nail and almost fail. Like an accident waiting to happen.
