We loved the smart tv for watching Netflix, really nice shower with shampoo, conditioner, soap etc. the kitchen has all the basics for preparing a small meal and the place was very clean.

Safe, clean and comfortable
Updated and nice. Bed was very comfortable. It was very clean and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Very good location made it easy to go anywhere. Safe area. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was nice but it wasn't kept, the bathroom was full of dead bugs, on the wall and ceiling. There was food still in the blender that looked like it was there for weeks. There was a terrible smell they were clearly trying to mask with a plug in. Outside the door to enter the patio was full of bugs and needing a power wash and there was an old sink with the countertop still connected in the yard and felt like the place was still being remodeled but no work was talking place. The people in another unit were super loud and were banging and carrying on. The walls were so thin I could hear them snoring.

We stayed in a different property than shown. It was beautiful, quiet and close to area attractions. One minor complaint with the shower was solved quickly and professionally. We loved staying there and will be back.

Just Right!
This property was just what I needed. In town for one night for a conference. It seemed newly renovated. It was very clean and large. Everything was perfect. Entry was want and uncomplicated.

This property was easy to find and conveniently located. Safe and secure with door locks. Space was very clean and kitchen was well stocked. I chose this space because it was close proximity to Sanibel Island, but it would be a fantastic place to stay if you wanted a long weekend or week at the beach as is has space for storage and a kitchen. I recommend this space! Thank you for the comfortable stay!

Very nice and clean, comfortable bed and clean bedding. Dual economy recliners were comfortable. Bathroom partially upgraded, will be great with a new shower head and upgraded towels. Recent renovation materials need to be removed from the backyard.

Crazy old man neighbor complained loudly and aggressively about car parking with bumper hanging over his grass but all wheels on rental driveway.

This place is running a scam!
I arrived at the property at about 430 to check in. I sat in the driveway for 30 minutes trying to complete the extensive amount of online paperwork required to check-in. Once it was completed, it repeatedly told me that my credit card was denied. I gave up after a long day at work and went somewhere else. By 9pm my credit card had been mysteriously charged. Nothing had changed. I never received any sort of check-in information.

Noisy renters.
This was the worst night of sleep I have had in a long time. The disadvantage of renting an apartment like this is that there is no staff or tenant at the property. The neighbors next to us partied loudly until 4:30 in the morning. I hope the owners kept their security deposit because the stairs were littered with cigarettes and the units were supposed to be smoke free. I think these noisy renters had three cars. They played loud music in their cars in the driveway and were constantly going back and forth between the cars and their apartment.

The property isn’t fancy but has everything you need for a stay. They have a small kitchen which has a microwave, refrigerator, hot plate, pots, pans, plates, and eating utensils. They have a flat screen TV with cable and some cushion chairs to watch from. The bed is king size and comfortable. Air-conditioning was fine although we were there in January so it wasn’t critical. The bathroom is clean and on the new side. My friend said the water pressure was just a little low but I thought it was fine. The location is convenient to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island where we spent most of our time. The owner was pleasant and very responsive to any of your questions. I called twice and he answered right away and gave me the information I needed. There is an Italian restaurant a half a block away if you need something quick and easy.
