The Space:
The Park House is a two bedroom, one bath, residence. One bedroom features a king bed and the other features a queen bed. Both beds feature medium firmness memory foam mattresses. The bathroom features a single vanity with shower/tub combo. The living room features ample seating including a large sofa, coffee table, and dining table with service for four guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and all appliances are brand new. There is an interior access to the fenced in backyard located on the back side of the living room, so guests can easily access the back yard without having to go around the front of the house. There is also a peaceful side yard that receives ample shade and makes a nice reading nook when the weather is nice outside. The entire property received a top to bottom renovation in early 2024.

Note that The Park House residence itself is one half of a large duplex property located on a corner lot. Each side of the duplex features its own driveway, carport, and separate fenced in back yard. The tenant on the other side of the duplex is a quiet annual renter. No elements of the Park House are shared with the other side of the property and the construction is solid concrete block, so guests can rest assured they will receive a peaceful and quiet space to enjoy during their stay.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire 2/1 side of the duplex advertised above. They will also receive access to their private laundry room, driveway, carport, and fenced in yard.

This residence is located in the trendy and historic Dean Park neighborhood of downtown Fort Myers.

Getting Around:
We recommend a rental car or bikes to get around, downtown proper is about a half mile from the front door of this property so guests can easily travel back and forth by bike.

Other Things to Note:
Our insurance company requires a rental agreement to be completed by guests before check in. A copy of this agreement will be sent to guests at the time of booking for review. It is a simple agreement and we are happy to answer any questions guests may have regarding the rental agreement.

We are available as often as required, but provide guests plenty of space to enjoy their stay in privacy and solitude
