Welcome to a peaceful studio apartment nestled in Fort Myers historical district of Edison Park just 500’ from the Edison & Ford Winter Estates just a short walk to downtown Fort Myers along Royal Palm tree lined McGregor Blvd. Visit the Downtown River District’s restaurants, bars, shops, Caloosa Sound Convention Center, theaters and minutes away from Sanibel, Captiva, Fort Myers Beach, golfing, multiple baseball parks (Twins & Red Sox), Southwest Florida Regional and Punta Gorda airports.

You will be staying in a studio apartment recently converted from the home's original garage built in the 1930s. The apartment hosts a full sized kitchen, dining area, washer & dryer, bathroom with walk-in shower, queen sized bed, Wi-Fi, TV, and lots of natural lighting.
