This is a beautifully updated house in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and the pool was refreshing. The hosts were great communicators. Easy check-in via a code. Lots of great amenities for a family vacation...beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, grill, ping pong, jenga blocks, well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. Just show up and enjoy. I'd stay here again.

The host was wonderful ans very comunicative, the house super clean, all that a big family need in home is finded inside, i will back again soon. Beatiful beach and relaxing pool . My boys loved the wii and Mario games, pimpon table ."super for kids and teen" La casa está espectacular, tiene todo lo que se necesita para cocinar, esta super limpia, la piscina muy relajante, vecindario tranquilo, la playa a minutos en carro, fuimos a Bonita beach y el parqueo era gratis, tiene muchos juegos para los niños también y el host fue excelente y muy comunicativo. Very nice 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom updated home with heated pool and all the needed amenities for a nice stay. Good neighborhood to take daily walks. Close to stores, movies, restaurants, etc. Carl (the owner) very attentive to resolve several minor issues as they arose during our stay. Although a little pricey, we will consider staying again in the future.

Great 3-week getaway for our family from up north
Carl and Holly were super helpful with anything our family needed while we ran away from the cold up north during our home renovation. Anything that was needed they were very quick to respond or come by to help with anything we needed. They also provided a list of great places to check out with our 2 year old toddler. The home was a perfect fit with a nicely renovated kitchen and updated bedrooms/bathrooms. The garage was also a nice unknown bonus with the ping pong table. Outdoor area was our favorite area to hang out and either work from outside or lounge in the pool. Our toddler loved running around in the backyard as well. The location in San Carlos was friendly and close to a neighborhood that was shaded and great for our daily family walks. You are also close to Tamiami trail and about a 30 min drive from Ft. Myers beach. The only thing I could say could be added is a blackout curtain for the kids room, we had to do a makeshift blackout for when our toddler needed to take his afternoon naps. Overall was a great stay and can’t say thank you enough to Carl and Holly for their hospitality!

Immaculate vacation rental with every comfort of home and then some
Such a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The owners are so helpful and accommodating and we were elated upon arriving to find it was even better than the pictures and description described. Such a great layout for everyone to be together with plenty of space and things to do. The pool is beautiful and it being heated was so nice. The kids had a blast playing the board games and wii as well as ping pong, so fun!. It has every comfort of home with new beautiful appliances and finishes. I can't say enough about it. We were all so sad to leave and can't wait to go back! Thank you for making our Christmas vacation so special Carl and Holly.
