Private duplex adjunction to San Carlos Park public golf course. The unit is on the left-hand side. Guests have entire unit. It is no shared. The one without the garage. Unit contains two bedrooms with queen beds plus sofa bed, one bath, washer and dryer. You have access to entire left duplex. A nice lanai in the back facing a public golf course where you can sit and relax to have your morning coffee. Duplex is situated on a-busy neighborhood street caution backing out of the driveway. Please no smoking in Duplex. NO PETS!

May be of interest that there is a Domino’s, McDonald’s, Chinese take out, restaurant, tiki bar, post office, BB&T bank fitness center, all within walking distance.

HOUSE RULES AND MANUAL
By confirming and/or booking reservation and/or entering the premises you agreed to the house rules.
Please contact host one hour before arrival so host can meet with you with the keys or reveal where the keys will be. Your host will be available 24/7 for any questions. And will be answered within four hours max. Unless there are technical difficulties. Contact number: 239–246–8278.
Checking ID with platform profile.
No local instant bookings (75 mile radius). Without further review and communication with host.
Maximum of six guests. Fifth and sixth guest is $25 extra per person per day. Please be accurate with guest count.
Incorrect number of guests or presence of pets will terminate reservation between the two parties and all payments made will be nonrefundable.
For everyone’s safety and damage control. List on platform first and last names of all guests. Name and ages of children.
ONLY LISTED GUESTS WILL BE ALLOWED IN OUR HOME!
A copy of a government ID (e.g. driving license or passport) is required for all guests that will be staying with us upon booking. Reason is for everyone’s safety and damage control. Unlike staying at a hotel, we don’t have a check-in desk where you'd have to line up and wait to show us your ID. NO ENTRY ALLOWED WITHOUT IT!
Platform does not supply Host with any identification.
For safety reasons, all occupants consent to a background check from consumer or criminal record reporting agencies for the purpose of evaluating the booking (these checks may include civil and criminal information, records of arrest and rental history).
Any damage to the property will be the responsibility of the booking guest. Which includes future revenues of bookings and/or potential bookings until the damage is repaired.
Park on the far right-hand side of the driveway. Two cars Max at all times. Your side of the duplex is on the left. The side without the garage.
Duplex is situated on a busy street to traffic. Please be careful getting in and out of the driveway. Parents: PLEASE WATCH YOUR CHILDREN!
For your own safety and protection of your personal items. Host recommends that you keep your vehicle and rental unit locked at all times.
Property may have outside surveillance camera/s.
You will be issued up to two keys maximum. Must be returned upon check out. Any lost or no returned key would be $50 charge.
NO SMOKING! Please respect the guests that follow you and refrain from smoking in the house. Please keep doors and windows closed while smoking outside near them. For the smoke filters back into the house.
No smoking, no lit candles, no pets, no inaccurate guest count from booking platform, no social events (Partying)! Violations of such will be charged $500.00.
Guests of more than three days stays. Only initial supply of essentials will be issued.
No other house cleanings besides between stays.
Guest may request house cleaning for $100 cleaning fee per session.
No illegal drugs or weapons.
Property or address must not be used for any Business or Commercial purposes.
We have Wi-Fi but no cable.
Quiet time 11pm to 6am.
This duplex has a septic system.
Please do not place anything besides toilet paper in the toilet.
Parents- watch young children placing too much toilet paper in the toilet. If the toilet is clogged for any reason, the cost to you is $350 (and/or what the plumbing company charges us) and YES- the drain company can tell us EXACTLY what caused the clog!
Host and/or Owner not responsible for things beyond their control. No other accommodations, refunds, or discounts will be given. This includes things such as neighborhood construction or noise, power outage, internet outage, weather conditions, anything allergy related, major appliance failure, bugs, etc.
Power outage in the florida is not uncommon due to weather and the poor state of the power grid. Guests shall not get a refund or cancel their stay due to power outages.
Please note that our home, although sealed up tightly, still gives way to the occasional and harmless bugs. Such as spiders, ants, palmetto bugs, or crickets, etc., indigenous to our area. And some are brought in with our guests luggage. Brought in by guests leaving doors open. The occasional creature finds it's way in and always will. No refunds for seeing a critter. There is bug spray under sink in case you need.
We do our best to make our place free and clear of bugs and their webs between every single stay. However they can still sneak in. We treat the space for all bugs and do our very best to keep them out of our home (we don’t like them either!) Please understand this is simply part of where we live and not a reflection on cleanliness.
Host doesn’t iron linens.
“things may not be 100% wrinkle-free or folded perfectly but Host assures you they’ve been thoroughly cleaned”
At check-out we do request you treat this home as your own and leave the place as you found it. Host will strip the beds and wash the linens.
Please place your trash in the outside trash perceptible on your side of duplex. By the living room outside window. The blue plastic container is for recyclables only. Recycle day is Wednesday. Thursday is trash day. You may leave recycle or trash containers out by the curb the night before.
Please note: CHECK-IN time is 4 pm.
CHECK-OUT time is by 11 A.M.
NO EXCEPTIONS!
Unless when accommodations are possible and with approval from host. There will be charged of $10.00 an hour.
