The management was very nice. I did not care for the check in kiosk as there was too many errors (charged me 3x for the $100 security deposit). The breakfast person stood and watched families awkwardly. This made it uncomfortable. Breakfast was good, decent options.

After getting to my room I turned around and left. This property is disgusting. No employees to be found. You check in thru a kiosk and the whole place is run down, dirty and unsafe!

This has fallen on tough times. The people are really nice and trying their best. I dont really know why this went so downhill since last year but I won't be returning. I wish you all the best and I see you trying but it's just not very nice anymore

Property was ok. Towels and pillowcases were stained when we got there. Asked for replacement, which we received. The breakfast attendant was creepy. Staring at us and some young girls the entire time. Refusing to fill up the missing breakfast items at 8:30 am, breakfast goes to 9am. Would not even refill the milk for coffee. We had to complain to the front desk and milk appeared. The attendant cleaned the counters and coffee & Juice machines, the inside of the bread case, the tables, wiped (not washed) the serving spoon and tongs all with the same rag!!! Breakfast was very uncomfortable.

We stay there during Milton storm,management was very helpful and understanding wirh regards to the situation we were all going through. Hotel is very clean eventhough we had many pets in the building due to the storm.

Sean at the front desk was very helpful in whatever I asked and needed. The gentleman who I believe was the maintenance man was very friendly. Place is clean and updated with the exception of the bathroom but that was clean just a little outdated. I would stay there again.

Stayed here for a hurricane evacuation. Staff are nice and helpful. Easy parking and location. Walls are pretty sound proof. Hotel is run down and dirty. Very evident it has housed many pets. The staff is great though. It’s a cheap pet-friendly hotel. I rate the staff five stars and the facility 1.

I stayed at this property for 2 nights due to a hurricane. The staff at the front desk were exceptional! Friendly and calm even though they were under a lot of stress having to handle a hotel full of evacuees. Thankyou front desk staff for a fantastic job! And also the young girl cleaning rooms was lovely as well. I dont write reviews....But they deserve to be noticed.

All was good, except they promised a breakfast and then told us and everyone else, there is no breakfast. That is the only reason for one star taken away. Because it was during hurricane.
