Wasn’t aware that the unit was a duplex and a shared pool and grill. Hand soap and dish soap was low. The unit it’s self was very nice and up to date.

Property was great. No washer and dryer . No sufficient parking and we’re not aware of being a shared pool as the advertisement didn’t clarify that there was an apartment attached . All and all this rental overall was fine.

This rental house is a stunner. Has everything you could possibly want in a house. Location is very close to downtown and a short drive to the beach. We would stay here again!
