We love this house! Everything you need and more! Very close walk to beach. Pool, patio, turf back yard were awesome! Very clean and nicely decorated. Grocery store one block away also very convenient!

Summer vacation
We drove up a little weary of the location and surrounding houses but this was a great house. Location had us only minutes away from the beach and Publix. We had a total of 4 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of space for everyone. The pool and area was clean. They also had all the necessary amenities that one would need for a beach day or a pool day.

Absolutely stunning!
Cannot say enough amazing things about this property, they had everything we needed and or wanted, it was clean. It was beautiful. We enjoyed our time so much all These host definitely went out of their way to make sure that you had to want for nothing as far as in the kitchen bathroom even outdoor areas and fun activities. We loved our stay at Toes in the Sand on Ft Myers Beach. The beach house was great for us and the location was perfect. Easy walk to groceries and the beach. No need to get stuck in the island traffic. Had everything we wanted. Would definitely book again and have already recommended it to friends!

We met our adult sons for a beach get-away. Wonderful house for five adults. Backyard was top notch. The house had everything we needed and more. I had a question for the host and she responded very quickly with an answer. Very comfortable beds and pillows. I would highly recommend this house.

Thus was a girls trip. House is in a great location to the beach, only 2 miles from the main FMB which I walkable. The house itself has absolutely everything you from towels, kitchen essentials, bikes, beach chairs and wagon. Couldn’t have asked for anything more except more time. Would definitely stay here again

The house was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The backyard area was so nice and great for gathering. We didn't get to use the bikes or the pool due to the weather, but everything was brand new and so nice. Great to have the food store so close also.

Great location and tons of 'extras'
The house was exceptional with all the extras, including bikes, beach chairs, corn hole, pool floats, a wagon, beach umbrellas, coolers, ice machine, etc. The location was perfect, with a direct path to the beach. Everything was very clean and the outdoor area was a great place for relaxing in or out of the sun. The pool thermometer read 82 degrees on the first day, which was very impressive considering the cold days leading up to our stay. As the days got warmer, so did the pool. We loved having Publix's within walking distance since that was our go-to for our meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Family Vacation
Our stay at Toes in the Sand was very nice. I would 100% stay here again with the hopes of better weather. Our storm was impacted by tropical storm Debby. Jason’s communication as great. The storm hindered use of the pool, but Jason worked diligently to get it back up and going before we left! The home is just as pictured and was very clean upon arrival! Check in was incredibly easy. The house is stocked with items needed in the kitchen to make meals with ease. The location was great and beach access was easy! The backyard is what beach house dreams are made of!!! The hammock was a huge hit too! The house is also equipped with wagon, floats, beach toys, chairs, cooler and so many more things. We wish the weather had cooperated more so we could have fully enjoyed all it had to offer! We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Great oasis in the heart of Fort Meyers Beach
Great property thats super close to the beach and easy walk to Publix if needed. Everything was clean and brand new. Fully stocked kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils. The extra ice machine was also clutch for the selection of coolers provided. Bikes, chairs, and wagon oh my were added bonuses to explore the surrounding beach and neighborhood. Lots of rebuilding around so this oasis provided a quiet and crowd free base for our family to plan our adventures. Fast wifi and cable available for when we wound down in the evenings. Pool was the perfect size and having the outdoor living space was like a private hotel pool. Kids did not want to go back home!

We had a great stay over the NYE holiday. It was perfect for our family of 5, including 3 grown children. Everything was as-advertised and we all had enough space to spread out and enjoy the weather and our stay. We normally stay on the beach when we vacation but this was a pleasant surprise as the house was well equipped and furnished with everything we needed and it was a very short walk to the beach. Having Publix so close was a big win also as last-minute items were just a short walk or drive away. Would definitely recommend.

Great Spot!
We really enjoyed our stay at Toes in the Sand! The hosts were extremely accommodating - before AND during our visit. The hosts even put up a Christmas tree before we arrived (our kid's first Christmas away from home) which eased my mind and cut down on the 1K things to pack! There were plenty of bikes, beach toys, chairs and towels - PLENTY of beach, shower, hand, and kitchen towels. The entire backyard was lovely - a table to seat 8, lights for evening dining, a gas fireplace, turf area to run around, and the pool was heated AND awesome. We would definitely stay again, great host! Thank you for making our stay wonderful and stress free!

Has it All!
This house was perfect for our week at the beach. Stocked with everything we needed from beach towels to coolers, bikes and more. Right next door to Publix and kitchen stocked with pots, pans, dishes so eating in was a breeze. Two restaurants behind Publix so we could eat out as well. There is construction happening all around which is to be expected with hurricane clean up but it did not bother us one bit. The island is coming alive again and the beach is absolutely gorgeous! I contacted the owners about a few things and they were helpful and quick to respond. It was truly an oasis!

Love Fort Myers Beach
Love seeing the homes being rebuilt. Great communication with the owner. Home was clean, a/c worked beautiful, loved the artificial turf in the backyard. We had an issue with the water heater malfunctioning and had to shut off the alarm and reset it a couple times. Lots of good patio/pool seating options. Just some suggested improvements: pool deck needs a bit of work/paint, needs another small couch or chair in the living room, as 6 people cannot sit together unless you sit on a dining chair. The cute indoor bar area needs more comfy seating too- Put a shed in the backyard and put the bikes and pool toys out there to better use that space. Teeny tiny ghost ants were around the pool area seating but it’s Florida I guess, so I expect bugs. There are no closets to hang clothes but there are dressers. There was a pontoon boat and extra vehicle in the front yard which were kind of unsightly but not sure where else they could go. All in all we had a nice relaxing stay in a quiet neighborhood and Publix and the beach were just a few minutes away.
