Wifi, bbq grill and a private balcony…pretty much everything you’ll need for a great beach vacation! 150+ very happy guests and counting!
The "Seahorse Suite:" This thoroughly updated beach apartment is located on the second floor (just 1 flight of steps up) of a multi-unit building. It’s located in a desirable & quiet section of the island that’s quite popular amongst vacationers, recognized for its combination of being away from the crowds, yet in very close proximity to one of the nicest sections of actual beachfront on Fort Myers beach. The unit sleeps 4 with its 2 queen beds. The unit is fully renovated and well equipped with practically everything you'll need for you beach vacation. Thankfully, Ian didn’t really affect the inside of this apartment.
Nearly everything was changed out in this property within the past few years. Courtesy of this remodeling there’s now a very inviting eat-in kitchen, upgraded granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a 4-door fridge, a convection oven & a nice and quiet, low-decibel dishwasher. Both showers have also been completely replaced and now feature frameless glass shower doors. There’s higher-end travertine flooring, ceiling fans in every room, upgraded lighting throughout, solid-core doors & hardware, a recently upgraded sofa & loveseat, elegant bathroom vanities, tasteful crown molding & chair railings and much more! A new ac in 2023 too. The owner had intended to reside in this unit, hence all the impressive upgrades that were made, but due to a change in plans, you are the one that will get to benefit from them!
Also of mention: the newer 2-zone wine fridge, the multiple kitchen sinks (which are great for gatherings and prepping holiday meals), 3 LED tvs (55" tv in the living room & 40" tvs in each of the two bedrooms), wi-fi is throughout the property and there’s streaming internet to all tvs too (so you can access your Netflix accounts, Prime, etc).
The unit comes with its own private second floor balcony (a perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee) and there’s a courtyard with a new outdoor sofa set down below too. Note that there’s convenient, shared laundry equipment located down on the 1st floor as well.

The property is located just one block away from the beach, 800 feet away, with a dedicated beach access. This way you’ll be out on the sand in just a couple minutes walk, without having to pay the hefty premium pricing charged for typical, small beachfront accommodations.
Guest access:
Guests will have access to their unit via a private staircase, leading up to a private balcony on the right side of the home. Unit is on a digital deadbolt for guest convenience and the code will be provided prior to your arrival.
Please be aware of the following rules:
Check in is 4:00pm, or later. Check out: 10:30am. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old (unless an exception is requested & granted in advance of booking). Max 2 vehicles. No pets. No parties. No smoking indoors. Outside ok. Group size restrictions: # of overnight guests is limited to the number booked in your reservation (max of 4). Max 6 people in your party at any given time on the property please (to ensure that other guests enjoy their time here as well). Pricing is based on 2 people and additional fees apply for additional occupants: $15 per night, per each additional guest (up to a maximum of 4 guests in this unit).
Disclosure: Security cameras in use on the property (outside & in garage only). Nearby construction: Fort Myers Beach properties including the condo complex next door are continuing to receive Hurricane Ian repairs. AC defaults to 75 degrees. Max cooling 73 degrees (prevents it from freezing up). Travel insurance is recommended, to cover any interruptions, unforeseen events and/or needed changes. Interaction with guests:
Guest will be able to access their unit via a digital deadbolt system, so the timing of arrival is quite flexible (anytime after 4pm) and the unit will be all set for you on the day of your check-in. Also, the owner lives in one of the other units in the building, so he's very close by, if the need arises. That said, guests are given their privacy on their side of the building, but can certainly call the owner, if needed. He’s very happy to help you with suggestions & advice to ensure your vacation is a great one!
