Beautiful pool home quiet neighborhood near beach
Enjoyed our stay at this beach cottage. Private pool on a quiet, corner lot. The house was stocked with everything needed, close to Publix and beach. Very clean and beautifully decorated.

Florida Family Getaway
The house and pool were phenominal. Great location on Ft. Myers Beach. Close to a number of beach access locations. It was easy to get to any place wanted eat, shop or seek out entertainment. Would definitely book this property again.

Great stay
Great property - very easy to check in. Erin notified me when the property was ready (before check in time!). The house is really nice - very open floor plan in the kitchen and family room, which was great for 2 young kids to play. The yard is wonderful, with the grass area and pool/jacuzzi.

Great Family Spot!
My family and I stay here for a week and it was amazing. We had so much fun hanging out in the pool , fishing in the back yard, and relaxing in the spacious home at night to wind things down. Great location , short walk to private beach, Publix around the corner, and Times Square few minutes away. Was great to see the island coming back, we come every year and can’t wait to come back next year.

The house was worth the trip!
We loved everything about this house...the pool/hot tub was definitely a hit with our family of 4. The inside of the home was spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable, and the house was stocked with everything you need to cook! My husband loved looking through all the old vinyl records, and we actually did our laundry on the last night and flew home with clean clothes, LOL! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Best VRBO Vacation!
There are so many great things to say about Erin and her FMB property! From start to finish we were loving the ease of booking, the quick response time Erin provided us, and the stunning house in itself. A little piece of Heaven
What a wonderful property! The house is completely updated and has all you need. Waterfront view with a beautiful porch. We even saw dolphin swimming in the canal. Pool and spa were so perfect for our group. We loved the record player and our group had an absolutely fantastic trip! Erin was super responsive and we would book this house again x 10!

Perfect location, Perfect stay.
Wonderful property in a perfect location. Hard to still see a lot of destruction all around but this is everything you could hope for. Quiet, peaceful stay. Walked to beach everyday. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub every night. Even when it rained we enjoyed the large collection of classic rock albums. Would definitely stay here again if in FMB.

Fantastic!
Absolutely amazing stay! The property was flawless and the location was ideal. Mid-island is the place to be for families. Close enough to the action, but far enough away to have a peaceful trip. One of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed in. The pool and hot tub were great and the corner lot on the canal was such a cool bonus. We saw dolphins in the canal twice! We lived in fort myers for a few years and this was our first trip back since the hurricane. Great to see the recovery well under way. Wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again in the future!

FMB rebuilding
The house was in a mostly quiet neighborhood with only a few neighbors actually in their homes for the holidays. There were a few parties down the street. The kitchen was well stocked and the gas grill right out the kitchen was great to use. The kids especially loved the hot tub and pool. They even watched football games on Christmas from the hot tub in the light rain. We used the beach chairs one day which was wonderful to have. It was nice not to pack toys or beach towels as they had all that including a football! There are plenty of board games and even a record players. We didn’t enjoy the master bed mattress, but that could have been our preference. It is a firm foam platform king bed. The area is rebuilding but all the necessities are open…bars, restaurants, coffee and ice cream! There is still lots of rebuilding to do. We didn’t hear a lot of construction noise, so that was great. The house is conveniently located with grocery stores, restaurants, stores and the beach close by without being right on the beach next to a bar. Thanks for a nice Christmas getaway.

Besserer Service als ein Hotel
Wir waren zu Viert mit einem Kleinkind für 10 Tage in diesem Wunderbaren Haus. Vorweg es gibt ein Reisebett für Kleinkinder zusätzlich zu den Kinderbetten. Der Kontakt mit Erin war super und sehr freundlich sie kümmern sich super um ihre Gäste Check In und Check Out waren top organisiert. Das Gesamte haus und der Pool ist Liebevoll eingerichtet man merkt das Ihnen das Haus am Herzen Liegt. Das Haus war ausgestattet mit Dusch/Poolhandtüchern, Duschgel, mehr als reichlich Küchenutensilien einige Gewürze und selbst in den Badezimmern gab es Seife und Shampoo in Probepäckchen. Wir haben es genossen das die Sonne uns geweckt hat der Garten und Poolbereich am morgen ist einfach herrlich. Gerne kommen wir nächstes Jahr wieder.

Home Away From Home
I stayed with my family at this awesome home. The place has everything you could possibly need from cooking supplies to a grill to beach towels to bug spray to beach chairs to fishing poles for us to use. Extremely thoughtful host. Loved being on the water and being able to use our fishing poles every morning and the pool/hot tub every night. We even saw a dolphin everyday. And the house is very close to the beach, we would walk there every day. Highly recommend staying here.

Family vacation
We had the best trip! The house was absolutely beautiful and so clean. We spent everyday swimming in the pool and walking to the beach for sunset. We also enjoyed fishing in the canal. The only problem was time went too fast and our trip was over. Already planning to come back. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second year coming to this property and we had a great time again. Property manager is always a text away if you need anything and very accommodating. House was very clean and has everything you need for a great stay. Location is great right on the canal and the pool is very entertaining for whole family. Highly recommended for family vacations.

Awesome Family Vacation House!
We had such a nice time at this gorgeous property! Walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and private pool/spa! Our 14 year old daughter is obsessed with vinyls, so it was a treat to be able to look thru and play some old tunes. The hosts were amazing to work with as well!
