We're excited to let you know about some improvements coming to the property that will help enhance your experience. Here's what to expect:
- Construction Updates: There's currently work on the common areas and the north side of the property. While this work is underway, you may notice noise and temporary conditions that are less than ideal.
- Stucco and Painting: The association will be updating the building's exterior with stucco and paint from November 1st to December 13th. Please note that these dates may change, and we will keep you informed of any adjustments.

Island Time Too is a gulf-front vacation paradise with a touch of sophisticated elegance. This three-bedroom, two-bath corner condo has very generous square footage and stunning views from all rooms. It's located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island within walking distance of a public marina with boat and kayak rental. There is also a quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, and SWFL International Airport. The beach at this portion of the island is expansive, connecting its guests to seven miles of white sugar sand. Condo amenities include climate control, ceiling fans, complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, all linens and towels, and a full-size washer/dryer in the unit. Please note: the building is still undergoing a remodeling process, and some amenities may be limited. Newly renovated pool and beach access are now open.
Easy access to the property and unit from the front elevator. Once settled, another elevator just outside the unit is available to take you to the pool area and beach access. There is new tile flooring throughout the unit. The kitchen is a chef's delight with new granite countertops and well-stocked cabinets to make it easy to prepare full-course meals. All new appliances include a side-by-side refrigerator with ice/water in the door, glass top electric range with a self-cleaning oven, a Bosch dishwasher, and in-cabinet microwave. There is also a Keurig coffee maker with both a single cup and a carafe. The kitchen has under-counter lighting, a large pantry, and a large granite island with seating for six. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with a new full-size washer and dryer. Also adjacent to the kitchen is the large dining room surrounded by bay windows with expansive views of both the Gulf and Bay. Entertain in the living room area at the granite wet bar with sink and seating for four. The living room is nicely furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa with a matching loveseat and a 75-inch TV. Expansive sliding glass doors lead out to a 180-degree view of the Gulf of Mexico, Sanibel Island, and Naples with the best sunsets on Fort Myers Beach. This is the perfect vantage point to enjoy a sunset with a glass of wine and share the memories of a great day in paradise.

The Master Suite with ensuite bath is truly luxurious with floor-to-ceiling windows looking west out over the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The Master bathroom area has architectural tray ceilings and recessed lighting, a separate commode room, a garden-style jacuzzi tub, and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with a glass door. There are dual sinks with granite-top vanity and wall mirrors, plenty of storage space beneath, a linen closet, and a large walk-in closet. The bedroom has a king-size bed with nightstands and lamps, a corner chair, and a large double dresser with a flat-screen TV. The Master Suite also has private access to the screened lanai. Guest rooms offer great privacy from the rest of the unit for all guests. One guest room has a queen size bed and the other is set up with twin beds that can be easily moved together. Both guest rooms have a sitting area and wall-mounted TVs. The hallway guest bath is newly tiled and has a tiled walk-in shower featuring a rain shower head, commode granite-top vanity/sink, and wall mirror.
