Beach-Front Sunset Condominium

Hurricane Ian Update: Sunset Condos are scheduled to be operational toward end of 2023. Publix is already open as are many restaurants and retail shops. Book now with a 100% refund guaranteed for any delays interfering with your stay. Pics were pre-Ian. We will have new paint and floors with replacements to some of the furniture.

Screened lanai overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and activities on the beach. 1st floor convenience with spectacular sunset views that will make you fall in love with our beach. Newer kitchen with granite counter tops. Newer raised vanities in bathrooms with granite counter tops. Remodeled bathroom with large showers and clear glass shower doors. Comfortable and lovely furnishings.King size bed in Master bedroom. Twin beds in guest bedroom. Queen size sleeper sofa in living area .Big heated pool that looks out over Gulf of Mexico. Lush landscaping with barbecue grills and shuffleboard. Free wireless Internet and free long distance calls within US.

Home away from home
Nice host. Easy to miss building while driving due to the small street sign. Grounds well maintained. Nice gulf view but a bit of a walk. Lots of shells, but hard to walk barefoot. Very clean unit, nicely furnished, kitchen well stocked. AC a bit noisy. Close to Sanibel Island, but traffic an issue late morning till late afternoon.

Wonderful stay!!
We had a great 2 week stay at this condo, 6/12 to 6/26. The whole property is very well maintained. We had everything we needed in the Condo, towels, kitchen, laundry etc. The location is ideal, little bit away from the crowded area, especially for families with young kids. Everyone will love the ocean views and breeze from the balcony. Kids loved the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked. Huge plus since, having couple of picky eaters, I had to cook most of the time. No need to bring extra towels. The biggest plus for me was the view from the balcony. It was breathtaking.

Very nice condo, great location. Many amenities that made the stay even better, i.e. updated bathrooms, plenty of towels including beach towels, beach chairs and toys for grandson, great area for grilling out, and more. Can't beat the gulf views here!

Great time, better view
We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at Fort Meyers Beach. The condo was modern, clean and well equipped. It really met all of our needs. The view from the porch is just wonderful...especially at sunset. Jennifer and Ron were wonderful to work with. We only had one very minor issue and they addressed it right away. The only negative, and it doesn't apply to the condo was the road construction. The road in both directions is being rebuilt which made navigating around it fairly difficult. I doubt the construction will last too long, but it's something to be aware of. All in all would recommend this to someone who wants to be on the beach.

Lovely Condo
Beautiful kitchen, nice bathrooms and living room, decent beds/bedding, lots of towels and blankets!! Overall a comfortable stay with an amazing view of the beach from the lanai. The building is set back from the water about 50yards giving a nice private setting around the condo. The area was on the quiet side of Fort Myers and very convenient to grocery, spa, great reaturants, bike rental etc. Walking distance from most everything we needed. Loved the little Farmers Market on Tuesday at the strip mall just a few blocks down the road! Jennifer and Ron were very helpful when we had questions or something needed attention! Thanks for a lovely vacation with my 92 year old Mom!! Hope to see you again!!

Wonderful trip, right on the beach!
We stayed at this condo for three weeks! It had all the comforts of home, especially loved having a washer and dryer! Condo was newly remodeled with beautiful granite countertops, kitchen had just about every item you could think of. Double sink in master bathroom and new shower too! Owners Jennifer and Ron were very accommodating! Internet was not working and they had cable company come out to update. It was wonderful to be right on the beach! We loved sitting on the lanai watching the beautiful sunsets. Looking forward to staying here again next year!

Beautiful condo with amazing view of gulf
This is our 3rd year staying in this condo. It has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable from kitchen necessities to comfortable seating. The owners are easy to work with. Easy south island location near restaurants, movie theater, pharmacy, etc. If there was any complaint it was the internet wifi was sporadic at best. I ended up using my phone hotspot (and all my data!) to keep the husband and daughter happy. I would stay here again!

What a beautiful spot! This was our third stay at Sunset and this was definitely the nicest condo we have stayed in. Already have it booked for next year! The kitchen is amazingly stocked and beautiful! The view of the beach is breathtaking and just steps away. Jennifer was wonderful to work with. Don't miss out on this piece of paradise!!
