Decorated with style and thoughtfully planned, the Living Area has an open floor concept featuring a wall of glass so you can enjoy a lovely water view of the Preserve from nearly every room. Comfortable seating and large screen TV allows for the whole family to relax after a day at the beach. The Dining Area holds a formal table for 6 and is located right next to the kitchen. The gorgeous, fully-equipped Kitchen has new, high end appliances, quartz countertops, a breakfast bar with two bar stools and an inviting sitting area with a view...perfect spot to have that morning cup of coffee. French door opens up to the large Screened In Lanai with a view of the Preserve and Canal Waters giving you a front row seat to visiting water birds. Extending nearly the full width of the condo, the Screened In Lanai offers the opportunity to entertain with a large Dining Table - take in the water views, lush tropical Preserve and the breezes coming in from the Bay.
The fabulous Master Bedroom En Suite offers privacy from the other bedrooms where you can relax on your King Sized Bed and enjoy a large bath with separate shower, double vanities and oversized roman tub. The Master Bedroom has its own TV and Lanai access with views of the canal and estuary. The First Guest Bedroom and Guest Bath can be found at the opposite corner of the condo. The lovely First Guest Bedroom holds a Queen Sized Bed dressed in fresh designer linens and a remote work station - desk, chair, computer monitor, keyboard and docking station. Sliding glass doors lead to the front Balcony and bring in lots of sunlight into the room. The newly remodeled Guest Bath is right next door and enjoys a beautiful, tiled Walk In Shower. The beautiful Second Guest Bedroom with a King Sized Bed also has sliding glass doors that lead to the front Balcony.
For your added convenience, this condo offers a washer and dryer, free wifi, and an elevator that can transport you up to the second floor front door. There is also a high chair and a Pack N' Play in the condo. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.
