Nestled in Lauderhill, this house boasts a welcoming atmosphere with three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living space. This beautiful 3 bed, 2 bath home provides guests with full access to unlimited fun and:

Conveniently located in a quiet, secluded residential neighborhood near restaurants, golf courses, shopping malls and movie theaters, the beach and more.

The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king size bed and glass French doors so you can enjoy the beautiful view from your bed. It also has a private bathroom stocked with fresh towels and business travel essentials.

Guest room 1 sleeps 2 people and includes a comfy queen size bed, closet and TV. Guest room 2 sleeps 4 people and includes a comfy queen size bed, full size futon, closet and TV. Both have door locks for privacy and share a bathroom.

Rest assured, you are guaranteed to enjoy your stay. As a matter of fact, you'll have trouble leaving your own little tropical paradise.

Great family stay
We enjoyed the layout, pool, the large tables inside and out worked great for our group of 6 to play cards. Pocket doors were a little noisy in bathrooms so if you have light sleepers, that could be hard for them if you have early risers. Everything was great, a few beach chairs we used were handy.

Plenty of room to stretch out and play! Great amenities in the kitchen. Publix delivered snacks, drinks, etc so it was easy to stay in and enjoy each other and the property. Very much recommend this location!

The pool was not clean when we got there and the floors were different levels. But other than that, it was very nice. Large living and dining room, large clean kitchen and huge back yard.

We had a wonderful experience at the house from beginning to end. The property is located in a convenient area with plenty of places to stock up (gas, food and access to highways). We enjoyed our stay so much, we didn't want to leave.

Great location for space Kennedy centre
Everything was great here. Rooms were large, beds were comfy, place was clean, the area was quite, pool was great and the backyard was huge!. We had a few questions when we arrived and the host was very quick to respond. It is only a 15 minute drive to Sawgrass Mills, 20 minutes to the Space Centre, Publix is about a 5 minute drive and Walmart is about a 10 minute drive. The only negative thing was that there was no dishwasher so we just bought paper plates. We would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful stay
The pool was definitely a highlight. Beautiful and clean. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, comfortable beds. Hosts were very responsive. A good choice.

The property was in a nice area with lots of amenities around it. The inside is open with nice big windows which show the beautiful backyard. The pool was surrounded by palm trees which gave off a “resort” vibe. Additionally, there were pool lights which were great for the nighttime.

Perfect little Paradise
We had an awesome stay at Tamara’s little paradise house. We came from rainy cold Seattle in great need of sun. Everything was perfect - enough room for everyone, very clean, comfy beds, refreshing pool, the kitchen is staffed with everything for your delicious meals, a choice of coffee, smart TVs in each room -all these made our stay luxurious and memorable. Highly recommended!

Excellent communication with Tamara and Fabio. Let Fabio know when we were going to use the pool so he could get pool heater going within enough time. Kitchen has every gadget one would need.

Tranquil spring oasis
Centrally located oasis of palms. Rested peacefully in tranquil backyard surrounded by wonderful pool and palms and coconuts. Is close to major venues , Panthers sports arena ,Lauderdale by the Sea and major points north like Boca , Jupiter or south to Miami . Close to major grocery and a few chain restaurants . If you want to support local try first watch around corner for an awesome breakfast / lunch. Contact with owner was awesome and follow up was immediate .

Spacious and Private
Plenty of space to relax. Sufficient dishes and cookware for meals, but must hand wash because you are asked not to use the dishwasher. A few listed amenities were not there (i.e. hot tub/spa, fire pit) It has updated smart TVs with streaming services. Some updates have been done to home, but overall maintenance and repair is lacking. Pool heater was not working when we arrived. Host sent people over the next two days to repair. Pool never got warm while we were there because it was on a timer and wasn't on long enough to re-heat. Backyard is very nice and private.

Garbage cans were completely full upon arrival, swarms of flies because of the garbage. Fridge didn’t keep anything cold made noises all night. Pool was so rough kids were all scraped from the edge of pool and just walking dire need to be resurfaced. Exterior maintenance is horrible so many fronds all trees needed to be trimmed and just cleaned up.Grill was nasty and not even cleaned out full of old charcoal and dirty grill utensils.

Great Location
We found the location PERFECT! And the backyard IS SENSATIONAL!!!! But, due to the muggy weather, we did not really get to enjoy it, except its beautiful view from inside. We did get off to a rocky start... We did not find the property handicap appropriate, as advertised: there were several tripping hazards inside and out. Thankfully, no one got hurt badly. There are no handicap bars in either bathroom and master shower tile is VERY SLIPPERY (needs a mat). In addition, I'm not sure how the home "sleeps 10"? We were only 3, so we were comfortable having beds, each to ourselves. I did enjoy the pool one morning... Bring aquasocks as the pool finish is quite rough on the feet... And, again, not handicap or senior friendly, as there is no railing at steps, so "the moms" couldn't even go in. We stay at many VRBOs and have never had to clean our kitchen or wash our towels..only strip beds. (Dishwasher is not operable). All in all we made the best of our stay in this roomy home in a wonderful location.. There has definitely been water damage in the main area of the house, as we were hit by an extreme musty smell upon entering and based on the warping of the lovely wood floors. But we got used to it over time and thankfully it did not waft to the bedrooms. The property owner was quite responsive to our inquiries at the beginning of our stay. Just a few modifications to the home and to the written listing would easily improve this property from a 7/10 to an 10/10.

Holiday Happiness
After three years of no travel our family converged on Florida for a much needed reunion. Palm Tree Paradise House was just what we needed to make the trip a success. Conveniently located, spacious, comfortable beds, and a heated pool made for the perfect setting to relax and reconnect.
