Remodeled duplex in highly desirable Coral Ridge, walking distance to beach, mall, bars/restaurants. 2 bed/2 bath will comfortably accommodate your party of 4. King size bed, two queen beds; remodeled bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen, TVs in both bedrooms. W/D on site. Tropical backyard, heated pool, outdoor shower, BBQ, patio lounge. Great stay!
My husband, me and 2 daughters stayed here (1 and 3). The location was great though just a tad too far from the beach to walk with kids so a car was necessary. Without kids it would be more walkable. It was a very short drive to the beach with easy beach paid parking. It had a little park with playgrounds across the street which was great for my kids. Very clean. Pool was great. The second room has a very very large (AC controlled) walk in closet which we were able to put one of our pack and plays in to provide some separation for our two kids instead of sharing a room which was GREAT and meant we all slept better. They had beach chairs, toys and towels to use. The pool was great. No one was in the unit next door so we didn’t have to share the pool or outdoor area. My only comments are that if there was someone else using the pool they would see right into the living space and there were no curtains. So maybe some curtains for the doors would be great. Also, some hooks for towels/bathing suits in the bathroom would be awesome too. :) Just little suggestions there but it’s a great space! Thank you!

Nice property but pictures were of other side of duplex.
Owners were fantastic and responsive. Our only complaint was that the pictures were of the other side of the duplex and the side we stayed on was not quite what we were expecting. We still very much enjoyed our trip.

Beautiful, very clean, large pool, walking distance to everything!
The house was beautiful. Updated, very modern, clean and contained all the necessities. The beds are comfortable and the home is spacious. The pool is large and the backyard is very nice. The neighborhood is home-like and not noisy or busy at all. It is right in the middle of everything! Walking distances from the galleria, grocery, shopping, the beach and boardwalk. Just a short Uber ride from Los Olas and Himirshee. We would definitely recommend and come back to stay. During our stay, we ran into a few small road closures for emergency repairs. The homeowners responded IMMEDIATELY and called to offer suggestions for alternative routes, which worked out just fine and did not hinder our stay what-so-ever. They were the most responsive homeowners I’ve ever had with VRBO.
