The management was responding even in 2:30AM as we could not find out unit. We did request necessary details to enter and find the property for late arrival. None given just a signage on the address given "Not rental property, private residence, do not try to unlock door!" Took an extra hour to find. Paid can driver extra to help locate property. AC unit loud and made us coughing all night while sleeping in earbuds. We found the leak in the morning draining down window blinds and floor green coolant. The kitchenette was a table in a closet that you could not remove. All supplies 3 knives, one broken coffee cup one fine, one bowl and two plates in a dresser drawer. Did have refrigerator- working, tea pot-working, microwave. We slept for 4 hours and left the property from our first night stay of a 3 night reservation. We were in Florida for advanced education class for work. Three of us checked this property prior did not see any negative reviews and like all the pictures. The pool and shared yard was true. We asked manager to send a photo of there was a couch. They did send a nice photo and a different kitchenette shared photo that we agreed to. They had no space or the photos of couch and kitchen that we saw. I have plenty of pictures from our unit. Later after our poor experience and much correspondence with management not answering questions about couch, fixed the AC a day later after we left. They were friendly but not at all helpful with each situation presented. I have all texts. The restroom we did not shower because the blinds were broken in full open position. Anyone at the pool could walk around the fence and see in easily. It was unsafe feeling to us. After our horrible sleep and soar throats in the morning discovery of coolant and poor response with our evening and pictures management trying to get into condo. We lost faith in other complaints being served. Very dark hard to see doors for key codes are night. We used phone lights on property to find our way around. Later reading more about property we found many reviews stating very same complaints. They have weeks to a month to fix before our visit and did not comply. They offer 50% back to me. I told them if we are to be fair for both parties I should only pay for the 4 hour stay that night. Even though they are not honest about the stay we had. My first unsatisfactory stay with vacation by owner from over 15 different stays. ;(
