More than a house, this tropical pool home is Vacation Perfection with 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and an outdoor area that will take your vacation to new heights. Enjoy fresh Orchids and flowers with you arrive then move on to an afternoon BBQ, Movie Night by the Heated Pool, or hit the town for a night out. Location makes this Oasis your new favorite vacation spot, amenities make it just right! Modern Convenience and a taste of mid-century come together in a private, well stocked, and immaculate home flavored with special touches to exceed your expectations.

The main bedroom w/French doors that open to the pool/patio has a king bed and a large ensuite main bathroom. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a queen adjustable bed ensuring your nights are as great as your days. Bedroom 3 can double as a private bedroom with a double bed or a high-speed access office with everything you need to get away from it all while you stay connected. We invite you to relax and enjoy our home from the TV room with its beautiful view of the pool to the recently updated kitchen that is ready for your culinary creations. Everything you need to have your best vacation!

Security is paramount and we have equipped the home with Carbon Monoxide/Smoke Detectors throughout, window/door alarms, a 6' privacy fenced pool area, and impact windows/doors. When you are ready to get out and enjoy the sun, you are only minutes from Fort Lauderdale Beaches or a short ride to Miami and Palm Beach. The home is located in Poinsettia Heights, one of Fort Lauderdale's most popular and safest neighborhoods with Tennis and Pickleball courts a block away, quiet streets for an evening stroll, or just sit on the front porch and watch the day fade away.

We have lived in Fort Lauderdale for many years and are eager to make recommendations, share ideas, or help you plan something unique and special. We invite you to enjoy Florida as much as we do! We love our neighbors and expect you to respect them as well by adhering to the following rules:

- Pet-friendly - talk to us, and let's get to know your furry friends

- No smoking (Any product that generates smoke or vapors except in outdoor/patio areas)

- Please note there is an extra fee ($80 per week) to run the pool heater for multiple days. Also, the pool heater and pump will not run 24 hours a day but will come on at 6 am and go off at 6 pm unless special arrangements are made.

- No parties or gatherings without approval
- Check-in is generally After 3 PM and Check-out by 10 AM (Please let us know if you need special accommodations, and we will try to accommodate your request)

- Please be respectful of the neighbors and reduce noise volume between 10 PM & 8:00 AM (see Fort Lauderdale noise codes for more details)

- Any guest who violates these rules above and does not adhere to these rules will be evicted.

Great Host Beautiful Property
Stacy was great we were fleeing hurricane Milton and he advised us we could arrive early and if needed to stay longer he would do his best to accommodate us. The house looked to be done by a professional interior designer. The pool area and lanai were a tropical delight

The house was beautiful just like the pictures showed, we flew down for the Taylor Swift concert for a long weekend, it was very relaxing to sit outside on the beautiful patio and so close to anything you could possibly need. The host Stacy was wonderful and super nice ! I would definitely stay here again!

Celebration of Life
Perfect property for adult gatherings! Would be great for a family as well. The place is decorated too nicely and so well taken care of that it is not the place for unsupervised college kids. I didn't bring my standard poodles but they would have LOVED this place as well. Again, well mannered, house trained dogs only for this property. Close to our friends, close to airport, close to restaurants and shops. Wasn't too bad of a drive to Boca for the event and visiting other friends. The house has everything and the owners make you feel like their guests. We will stay again next time in town!

A MUST Stay!
This experience was 5 star from beginning to end. To date this has been my favorite VRBO. This house is nestled into a quiet neighborhood but not too far from as much nightlife or beach life you could ever want. This is an 11 out of 10. If you at looking for a great property with amazing hosts, this is it. The outdoor pool area is like a mini resort with covered patio JIC that cocktail hour shower. The interior is well done with a kitchen that is fully stocked for meal prep. Many fish mongers in the area for Uber fresh seafood. The home is very clean with a lot of attention to detail. Very close to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Publix and Total Wine. When we come back we will ask to stay here again. One of the best VRBOs we have booked with respect to location, amenities and hosts.

Fabulous stay in Fort Lauderdale
I have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years and this house was by far my best experience. The house was excellent inside and out. The house was fully equipped and stocked. The yard is fully fenced which my dog really enjoyed. I would definitely stay again. Hosts did everything they could to assure we had a great stay!

We had a Great time. This house had all the amenities for going to the beach, or staying by the lit pool (which is just as appealing - they've landscaped the back yard to be a little oasis). The fenced yard meant that we didn't have to worry about letting our pup walk freely as she entertained herself, stalking the lizards. It's perfectly located to be convenient to A1A, Sunrise Blvd, and the night life in Wilton Manors.

Amazing tropical oasis
5 out of 5! The property was great location, very clean and perfect for our family. The tropical backyard oasis was amazing that we didn’t even leave the house for the whole day. Pool, palm trees, outdoor dining, seating, pool toys were incredible. Kitchen well stocked and big. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect. Stacy is more than accommodating, and the pool area is perfect for total relaxation without the sand in your food! Loved the whole experience, comfortable beds, top quality towels, it was just absolutely perfect. Even got to watch the iguanas on the rooftop next door, had not seen them in the 'wild' so that was fun for us. Our only regrets of the week: we wanted to stay longer and we wanted to get to know Stacy and Bob better! Thank you so much, we loved the whole week!
