Enjoy the South Florida lifestyle in our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home in the desirable Sunrise neighborhood! Perfect for travelers, friends, families, or even business professionals!

This home is in the Sunrise Golf Village East neighborhood in Sunrise. Within short driving distance to Flamingo Gardens, Plantation Heritage Park, & Secret Woods Nature Center. Eat and shop at the Broward Mall or stroll along the beaches of Fort Lauderdale & Las Olas and enjoy great dining and nightlife at the beach.

Conveniently located close to all amenities with no shortage of restaurants, grocery stores, activities, and shopping nearby!

The open-concept kitchen with breakfast bar features stainless appliances and has everything you need for cooking meals. The living area is welcoming and has a 70" TV with cable and streaming options provided.

The master features a king-sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed. There is also a twin futon in the living area for extra sleeping space. Both beds are equipped with comfortable sheets for a relaxing sleep.

The fenced backyard provides entertainment and relaxation. Have a delicious bbq or gather around at the large screened patio with seating overlooking the non-heated pool and spa!

An ensuite washer and dryer, Tesla charger, high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 1 Gbps, and 5 garage and driveway parking spaces are all provided during your stay!

*PLEASE NOTE: There is no fence around the pool. Children must be supervised by adults at all times!

*Pets allowed. Maximum of 2 small pets, weighing up to less than 20 lbs each. No pets on furniture pls. Note: A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring pets. Your pets are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out. Thanks!

Disappointed!
We thought we had booked a VRBO that we could relax at and enjoy the pool and hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tub was not in service and the pool was to dirty to swim in. The internet and television never worked the entire time we were at the rental. The host & I communicated back & forth, but unfortunately the issues were never taken care of. On the plus side the kitchen has been updated and there are newer appliances and the beds were comfortable.

Perfect for families with kids
We stayed at the property for a month. At checkin, there was some issue with the lock/lights, but the host responded rapidly. It locates at a quiet and safe neighborhood, and is in the middle between beach and sawgrass mall. The pool is very nice and kids had a lot of fun.
