*This is a single family home that has been renovated into a duplex, please observe quite hours from 10pm-7am DAILY.


* No smoking inside the home or within 50 feet of the home. This is a completely smoke free lot! Thank you! $300 charge if evidence of smoke, candle, vape, incense use etc.


*Absolutely no hanging out in front of the main home and or driveway.

* No pets.

*Check in-after 3 PM /Check out- BEFORE 11AM
*Early Check-in/Late Check-out fee is $50 per/hr (if available)

*There is one camera (ring doorbell) at the front of the main house which is being recorded 24/7.*

*Absolutely No late check out past 12pm. (Unless pre-approved)
We will send an alteration request with the fee if you request a change in the check out times. ** alteration based on availability**

The room was very clean, neighborhood was quiet with easy access to all the Ft. Lauderdale neighborhoods and the property was within the bounds of the circuit rideshare ($4/ride anywhere in Ft. Lauderdale) which was a huge plus! Wish we could have stayed longer!!!

Property was very nice for induviduals looking for quiet, peaceful spot for 1 or a couple. Property manager made sure everything was up to par. If there was a problem she took care of it right away. Definitely stay there again. Price was great.

I loved it!
I want to thank my host Mercedes from the bottom of my heart for hospitality and for making me feel so welcome. She maintains the studio very clean, looking after every detail and making sure you feel at home. The studio is amazing, it’s extremely cozy, there’s a lot of light, and a nice driveway to park your car. I’ve had a very very enjoyable stay! Thank you so much!
